Very Handy
I bought this as I needed to connect to a very old monitor that has a DVI connection. When the adaptor arrived I couldn't wait to try it out and extend the display from my Surface Pro 6. I connected the adaptor to the Dock of the Surface and initially I was not getting anything on the monitor and I thought the adaptor wasn't working. I then connected the adaptor directly into the Surface and hey presto it worked a treat. I just needed to make a slight adjustment to the display settings on the monitor but all is now fine.

Works great with my Mac
I got this to connect my DVI monitor to my mac mini 2014 via the thunderbolt port. I now have two screens on my mac, for working from home. There appear to be no problems so far, but because it's a multi-adapter it is a big brick hanging out of the mac, and has become detached due to it dangling, so I suggest you find a way to keep it from dangling as I have.

Works great, cable a bit on the short side.
works great. Had to unplug it and plug it in again for the monitor to detect a signal (I'm guessing it needed a bit of time to kick in). But has been flawless since then. The only downside is the really short cable, which on my laptop puts it beside my mouse. this is more of a minor annoyance than anything.

Works with early Microsoft Surface tablets
The adapter cable supports not just Apple devices but also Microsoft surface tablets, this is really a need for those with the early surface tablets because they do not come with HDMI Ports, I got this as a gift for someone who was not able to connect their tablet to a monitor, this solves the problem.

Brilliant product and delivery.
Arrived on time on a bank holiday, ideal for the current situation resulting in working from home now with 2 screens thanks to this device! Will be used for most things durable made of good quality material and works a treat on my MacBook Air!

Quick service and very good value
I ordered this mid afternoon on Thursday and it arrived midday on Friday so delivery really could not have been quicker. Also the unit itself is good value - most connections/docking ports/cables for a Surface Pro are pretty expensive, and this was only £12 - I needed it because I do quite a lot of presentations on other people's projectors and you can connect this up to HDMI, standard VGA or DVI - and it works.

Brilliant little device
A very useful device. I have had a lot of problems setting up NUC computers with different models of monitor - it appears to be a common issue and may depend on the monitor. I have invested in a number of adapters which have not worked and the monitors often say "no signal" and go to sleep. Somehow these little devices manage to overcome that whether the monitor is on a DVI, HDMI or VGA. I have been very impressed. I will keep a stock of these as they have saved the day.

Works as it says. nothing more nothing less.
Does as it says on the description. Know beforehand that only one port is usable at one time (sellers have mentioned this)VGA was little finicky (not working when cable is bent), but this could have well been from my side i.e. my VGA cable.

After a year of use this adapter no longer works :((
I bought it in January 2023. It worked fine in February 2023 (I used the HDMI output). After that I didn't use it until January 2024. It's not working now. I tried using an HDMI monitor and TV, but it doesn't transmit a signal to it.:((

Fonctionne parfaitement sur un Mac Apple
Acheté le 11 Août 2021 pour un Mac mini, cet adaptateur n'avait été testé. Dernièrement en août 2024 j'ai pu m'en servir sur un MacBookPro de 2010 avec un écran extérieur entrée HDMI. Fonctionnement parfait. Reconnaissance et gestion totale de l'écran extérieur. Article à recommander pour un adepte du Mac.

Geweldig product !
Wat een geweldige aanvulling voor mijn laptop. Ik heb een kleine laptop, een Acer Aspire V5, klein, degelijk en compact. De mini usb uitgang gebruikt ik zelden, totdat ik de mogelijkheid zag hier een extra beeldscherm op aan te sluiten. Nou, het werkt perfect, geweldig om mijn 24 inch scherm op mijn laptop aan te kunnen sluiten. Nou heb ik veel beeld, voor een zeer lage prijs. Top!

Works fine Cheapest on the amazon
This is my 4th Mini display port Thunderbolt to VGA/HDMI/DVI port buy in last 1 year or so.. i have bought expensive 2k,1.8k with 1 year warranty mid range 800-900 all have stopped working in few months .. i have ordered this one as it was the cheapest and in my surprise it works perfectly fine.. lets hope this cable runs for a long time and i dont have to buy another one again hopefully i will update my review in a week if works perfectly fine.. i use thunderbolt to vga to have secondary display through my macbook or to connect it to a projector
