Directions: Adults and children aged 2 and over: Inhale 2 or 3 drops from a tissue to clear painful sinuses and nasal congestion. At night sprinkle 2 or 3 drops onto a tissue tucked inside the pillowcase for all night relief. Children 3 months - 2 years: 1 drop on a tissue placed out of the child's reach. Not recommended for babies under 3 months old. As muscular pain rub: Massage into the painful area 3 times a day. For more detailed instructions see leaflet. Precautions: Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. If symptoms persist talk to your doctor. For inhalation or external use on unbroken skin only. Do not put drops into nose or mouth. If accidentally swallowed seek medical advice. Do not use after expiry date shown on the packaging. Do not use if cap seal is broken. Please read the enclosed leaflet.

Keep it away from your eyes/open cuts. If you overuse it can make you feel light headed/dizzy. It would certainly give you a distinctive fragrance!
