3 times in 3 years now dead
I bought this items May 2017 and used it twice before I fell seriously ill. I have recharged the battery but the drill is dead now. I know it has been unused for 24 months and the battery is holding charge. Not very professional and the customerservice were quite rude. Be cautious before pressing buy.

Cheap & Cheerful. Highly recommended!
Bought for a project building large timber shelving/storage in garage. Half the price of the nearest competition but performs very well and has a lot of driving power.Has a few quirks:-Printed manual is missing the English section and there are three page 20's - it's all over the place, but proper manual can be downloaded from manufacturers website.-Forward/reverse control switch is reversed - confused me at first but you get used to it!-Product images show the carry case comes with drill bits and screwdriver bits. Mine didn't so contacted Amazon who immediately gave me a partial refund. Excellent customer service from Amazon yet again.Overall, not a workhorse for a regular builder, but more than enough power and quality for the occasional home user doing a few projects.

Not powerful enough
This has all the power of a wet lettuce, I don't know if mine was faulty but it failed to unscrew a nut that I could easily do by hand with a small ratchet. Returned for refund.

Other than that it is fab for the price as well at silverline being a great tool company
I bought this to help with my carpentry and it is very light at first. I does take some time to break it in and dont be worried if it smells or feels hot. Other than that it is fab for the price as well at silverline being a great tool company.

Good for the price
Good enough for DIY, light and easy to use. Could do with an extra battery which I purchased separately but for most jobs at home it will probably cope just fine although thicker materials will require pre drilling. Not in the league of Makita or De Walt but then, not in the price range either. I'm happy enough with it.

Its ok
First one stopped charging i got a replacement but has different faults. Firstly it cuts out while loosening screws which the first drill didnt and secondly its difficult to release the drill bits as the mechanism sticks which i thought would improve but hasnt also didnt happen with the first one
