I have bought from Nature's Best for many years (before they were on Amazon as well) and they are really reliable. These tablets are good for you, easy to take, and seem like they are effective.

I had occasional heart flutters and dizziness and this can warrant quite serious medical investigation. Someone suggested to me I try a bit b supplement before going down that path in case it helped. I haven't had an episode since I started taking these and usually I could expect one or two a week. Several weeks in so far so good. Of course hardly conclusive evidence and this isn't medical advice just my experience. Price and pills easy to swallow. I did actually have my b12 and b9 tested before and after taking these and my levels went from borderline deficiency to normal range.

Have used these for over a year now and find them to be really good. I certainly notice how rubbish I feel if I don’t take them. Always a good sign in my opinion.
