No problem with delivery from retailer. I purchased the product in order to paint two white plastic planters black after doing much online research. The online advise was clean the item to be painted first but do not sand.I checked the manufactures claims and their advice was that it was suitable for most surfaces and importantly plastic was specifically mentioned as suitable. I followed instructions on can to the letter giving planters two coats after the prescribed drying time. I noticed after a couple of days the paint scratched off very easily as there was no adhesion to the surface. I did further research and discovered the manufacturer / main distributor was Tor Coatings based at Birtley Tyne & Wear about 4 miles from where I live. I contacted them offering to take the planters and paint to them for their inspection. They didn't want that but did ask for a complaint form to be completed accompanied by photographs and the batch number from can. After a few days I received a reply advising me that there was nothing wrong with paint and that I should remove all the paint I had applied, sand the planters and recoat.I suggested that the claim should be removed from the can and product specification as it is currently misleading. They should also point out that surfaces such as plastic must be sanded if a quality finish was required. Their Technical Advisor said she would pass my comments on to the manufacturer. I'm now left with half a tin of paint and the task of stripping off the paint and giving it another try.

This product is excellent for multi surfaces, I was using it to repaint a UPVC door, coverage was good, first coat was dry in an hour in warm conditions, second coat went on, perfect finish and durable, I was going to buy weathershield but this paint was cheaper and better in my opinion. Recommended.

Great product, obliterated everything and only needed 1 coat, looked good when it dried ( in about 1 hour) will be buying this product again

Covered a horrible moulded, grained UPVC front door. Washed down with sugar soap, light sanding to give a key, then two coats did the trick, with loads left over for the future. Added new door furniture to give the whole house instant 'kerb appeal'.Saved me £800 quoted to replace the door.

This is probably the best exterior paint that we have used. It is a dream to use, it goes on so well, it dries very quickly and provides an excellent finish. Goes a long way also.

Used this to paint a roof on a porch,just about had enough but looks great from the old terracotta colour it was originally.

Wow this paint is fantastic, it does what it says and is an absolute dream to use, arrived before expected too. Will be getting more of this and the price is very good too.

I was recommended this paint from a professional decorator. Best I’ve ever used. Goes on like a dream, no drips. I used to the satin coat as I don’t like a shiny finish. Very pleased with the results and cut the time by half as it went on so smoothly.
