Inadequate packing meant broken item
Unfortunately the item arrived broken as only sent in a cardboard envelope and had evidently been crushed. Would imply that the item isn't that sturdy and wasn't worth £12. I did get a refund easily though.

Die Haarspangen halten die Haare fest, aber nicht zu fest zusammen, ohne vorschnell zu verrutschenIch bin zufrieden damit. Ich konnte sogar drauf liegen, ohne das etwas gedrückt hat.
