The people reviewing with low scores because they don't like the taste don't have a clue. This stuff is really very good, and for the few seconds of unpleasantness it is 100% worth it. Swig down some water straight after and the taste is gone pretty instantly. It has helped my digestion, my skin is softer and looks healthier and I like the added herbs to go along with the probiotics. The taste isn't even that bad in my opinion, it's just sour and herby. I think it's great value as well, and it's great to support a UK based company.

Great product. Yes tastes rough but it's very effective. The bad taste outweighs the benefits. We did a lot of research to find a good probiotic and we found that that you need to look for a liquid one with lots of strains because good bacteria lives in a moist environment. . This ticks both boxes. Oh and after the first day it's great. I was at a wedding last night and this morning I feel really good.

Sadly my second bottle of this not only tastes different from the first, it is also not as effective in helping my ibs.

I haven't given 5 stars as I've only been using this product for 5 days so have not had time to discover its full impact.I had a major bowel operation many years ago & have had problems ever since. On top of that I have a hiatus hernia and diverticulitis. My digestive problems have become increasing worse since I had COVID in Feb. As I take part in a regular research survey that investigates COVID and its after effects, I'm pretty sure that's why my problems have worsened. Digestive issues is one of the aspects being investigated.What I can say is that in the short time I've been taking Microbz Bio-Live Dark my system appears to be more settled so hopefully this will continue improving.I would definitely recommend trying it as unlike drugs, I doubt it will create another problem.

I have intestinal scarring from Radiotherapy which has produced IBS D for the last 25 years. Watching my diet can only help so far, & feeling it was time to try a probiotic again, I bought Bio Live dark. I started taking it on a day I also started taking antibiotics. I have always had diarrhoea when taking antibiotics, so I was hoping for some help. I was amazed & absolutely overjoyed at how well I was, and have been in the 2 months I have been taking it. If I can tolerate this, then I am sure most people can, although I agree with the other comments about how awful it tastes. You soon get used to that, and it is definitely worth doing so. I genuinely cannot speak too highly of this product.

I took it for a month and my stomach pains disappeared. Then I had a colonoscopy 3 months later, after which the pains resumed, probably as the proceedure disturbed my gut function badly. I then bought a second bottle of this and two weeks later the pains stopped. Thank you !

the taste awful

I have a very fragile gut for various health reasons. I needed a supplement that would go above and beyond a daily organic live yoghurt. Decided to take a chance on this and I'm glad I did. The taste is unpleasant but momentary and I'm definitely aware of how potent it is helping to restore equilibrium. I take in the morning after a herbal drink and 10 mins before I break my fast.
