Good vitamins
Easy to take, fast absorbing and nice tasting (bit too sweet for my taste). I take it 30 min before breakfast as recommended on the bottle for better absorption. 24 weeks pregnant, eat healthily and with this vitamin on the top all my blood tests are awesome.

Very good for someone with severe morning sickness/hyperemisis gravidarium !
My wife has Hyperemesis gravidarium and could barely keep anything down.she recently started taking this after 5 weeks of no food and no prenatals because capsules would come right back up.Shes been on it for about a week now and her nails started growing.She must be absorbing the nutrients.I would definitely recommend this over capsules!Im a happy customer!

Not that effective, depending on your deficiencies
If you have a lack of iron it will not help. The quantity of iron inside is not enough. It gives you some vitamins but I suggest you to go with other products like Spatone for iron and vitamin C as supplements and to eat more vegetables and proteins.
