It’s great, love that I can keep all my character ...
It’s great, love that I can keep all my character sheets together along with my adventure notes and spell cards. Cuts down on the usual wear and tear that happens to them going in my book bag.

To small for A4 sheets
Product feels good and seems to be of decent quality. The issue is the folder is too small for A4 paper so it sticks out of the top and means character sheets end up getting damaged really easily.

The art is really nice. Build quality looks good
There is only 2 pages for holding spell cards. For spell caster PC's this may not be enough at higher levels. There are lots of sheet holders if you print spell sheets. I wanted to test one out before I got them for my 9 players. I will let them test this one before I invest in any more. I Will be using this for NPC's. I use face Cards from Pazio and print simple NPC sheets. This will keep them all in one place, I thought it was a hard cover but it's soft, but its not a big deal for me. The art is really nice. Build quality looks good. we will see how it holds up to hard DM use.

Good start.
Loved this, BUT! Mine (and probably only mine) arrived with a big crease in the front cover. I haven't been able to get that crease out yet, but it doesn't impact the function of the product, which gets 5 stars. I'm tempted to drop 1 for the crease, but odds are it was just some idiot's first day in the warehouse, and Ultra PRO shouldn't lose a rating for that.I loved it, girlfriend loved it, worked as intended.IMPORTANT NOTE: This can NOT be expanded!! It holds 36 trading-card-sized spell cards, and 8 A4 (8 1/2 x 11) pages, with two flaps on the inside covers for a couple of additional sheets. I had to get a 3-ring binder for my spellcaster eventually, but as long as you won't learn more than 36 prepared spells, this will easily handle 2 or 3 characters. The sheet protectors had no trace after using either dry or wet erase markers. As much as I loved this product (I use it for a paladin on the front half and an eldritch knight on the back) I'm nervous about buying another one online. The product itself is great and I did later buy a 2nd one in a gaming store.

Looks great and fun to use.
Loved this item and bought another. Other players got one as well. Great way to organize documents, character sheets, spell cards and all the stuff you collect along the way during a campaign. Even with online sheet, I still find it useful to organize.

Good, but could be better...
Overall, I like the folio. It has plenty of space for spell cards and some clear plastic sleeves for storing character sheets, etc.On the downside, it is not a binder. With a ring binder, you can add/replace sheets of lined paper or whatever. You cannot do that with this folio. If preexisting plastic sheets get damaged, you cannot replace them (pages appear to be fused to the inside part of the spine). To me, that is a major drawback/design flaw to this product. Also, the plastic cover and backing feels way too thin to me. Other than that, its okay.If you are looking for something sturdier and so on, you might be better off buying a binder.
