My family tends to run hot, with that being said in the summers we have our portable AC unit along with 3 fans aimed at us when we sleep. This blanket is SO AMAZING!!! There is a cotton side and a silky side. Both are wonderful. I originally bought this blanket in a smaller size just for my husband to use. NOW my 2 year old uses it because it’s light weight and fits his bed. And I bought a bigger size for my husband and I to share for our bed. He ends up taking it all anyway. So of course I bought another one. Needless to say we LOVE THIS BLANKET!

This blanket does keep you cool. It has a slightly warmer side if you are too cool that you could flip it to, but it is still thin enough to not get hot. The warmer side is soft and the blanket is a good quality and priced good.

The cooling blanket is perfect; it’s nice and light yet keeps me comfortable at night. Not sure it keeps me “cool,” but it’s definitely a very comfortable blanket. Great for a throw blanket for the couch also. Good value for the price and perfect size.

I absolutely love this blanket. As someone who is always hot this is perfect. It has 2 sides which you can switch off. I prefer the striped side as it keeps you cooler. It also has some weight to it so if you are looking for something with weight like I was this is the PERFECT blanket for you. Highly recommend and the price is amazing.

Not as good as other cooling blankets because there's a warm side that isn't breatheable. It's more like a regular blanket with one side being a silkier texture that's cool at first, then warms up because the warm side still traps heat even if it's not touching you.

I was a bit skeptical on what a cooling blanket actually was, and I have to say - this blanket met all my expectations and even more. The blanket provides a cooling effect and provides cooling for the entire night. I purchased this blanket for a friend going through menopause who has night sweats. She told me this is a miracle blanket and helps with that.The blanket is also soft and looks very nice/pretty.

I got this for my wife, who has trouble sleeping at night because she overheats. Even regular sheets would eventually get too hot for her, which would make her toss and turn.
