I love this jug.Living in a hard water area limescale is constantly evident in all appliances that use water. So I have used a ton of filters over the years. Brita, Pur, Zero Water and even tried generic ones.This time i took a change to this one. After using for several weeks, all seems fine. Not only will using a jug (if kept in fridge) keep it cold, but it does indeed taste better. It filters effectively and seriously it filters fast. I fell that the filter is designed better than others. The lid has a small flip-top cover on it so you can simply add water without taking the lid off all the time. Not heavy and easy to grip because of the ergonomic design handle.I use my filtered water to make coffee and tea and all my families taste better than before. It really did its job as claims. I really love my water filter jug.

Sent back immediately, as the handle was broken and jug was cracked. Bought a different brand, which is much better. Would not recommend this product.

The quality is very good and feels durable! I used to use a different brand but fancy a change so bought this following my friend's recommendation. This jug is as good as expected! It completely takes out the chlorine smell of tap water and it does it quite quickly. Before use it, simply follow the instruction on the manual to soak the filter. Oh yeah remember to get rid of the water filtered for the first 2 times. The turnplate calendar on the lid reminds me to replace the cartridge after 30 days. I really like this since I always forgot to replace! Another feature I like so much is that there's rubber material at the bottom of the jug so even you put it on sleek surface it won't be easily knocked over. By the way there are 3 cartridges go with this jug so it's really a good value product! Love it!

This water filter is in really good quality. It was used daily for nearly 3 years now, and I cannot find any reason not to continue use it. Generally I replace the filter each month, and the filter is quite cheap, less than 2 pound in average. It means that I can ensure very good quality of water in less than 2 pounds expense per month! The only annoying thing is the limescale in the circle of the cap - but this is nothing to do with the pitcher itself, right?

Absolutely awful. The lid doesn't fit.. so you can't use it properly. Massive waste of money.

I bought this jug to my mum. She loves it alot. The jug is better looking and design, lightweight and fits perfectly in my fridge door. We’ve used Brita jug many years and this time i want to make a change to try a new one. This jug removes all the nasty taste from water and prevents the kettle from furring up with lime scale. It claims to hold 2.6L of filtered water and i will buy another one in our school dormitory sharing with my roommates :)
