Low budget may be but do the job fine.

These are cheap. They look cheap, the construction is cheap. The hinge is just a pressed stud. There is no "catch" to hold them closed for storage, however, they are adequate for model sprue work. I wouldn't use them for anything more than snipping small plastic or polystyrene model parts.

Nice little cutters however for me they do feel tiny in my hands and at times worry it feels like I could possibly break them of I try to cut through too thick plastic sprue but that could just be me definitely recommend for miniature models that come on plastic sprues leaves a nice clean cut

I had a pair of cutters but found them too big for some parts. These are perfect for the job , comfortable to hold and retained their sharpness right through. Would recommend without hesitation.

I had a pair of these clippers for a while, which were really good. I managed to damage the blades be being dumb, and so bought myself a replacement (from the same product listing).The newer pair are not the same as my prior pair - the blades are chunkier and don't cut as finely.They're ok, but the older ones I would have described as excellent.

Perfect addition for a model maker

Happy with the product. Cuts my warhammer of its sprues well enough. However I would recommend purchasing a hobby knife or file alongside this to remove small bits of plastic or resin that may be left over when you remove component parts from their frames
