FodsportsFX8-PRO Motorbike Communication System 8 way 1000M Motorcycle Helmet Intercom

I bought this item so my partner and I could chat whilst out on the road, and it works great. She can listen to music via her phone or the built-in fm radio whilst I listen to my own or the satnav. The intercom looks great and doesn't feel cheap and flimsy. I had to cut slightly into the polystyrene inner shell of our helmets to accommodate the speakers, but that's easily done with a craft knife. My only gripe would be that the instructions aren't all that clear (or maybe it's just me!!) But once you get used to how it works it's a doddle. Overall a great item and it adds to our days out on the bike. For the price you can't really go wrong. GreT looks and sound quality.

Normally I’m not a review writer but this gadget deserves this. Previously I used Freedconn like everybody else and I have realized that it was a total waste of time and money. This one is way beyond in terms of sound quality, durability and the connection. I’m a professional dj and of course I don’t expect beats quality but it’s very very successful, crystal clear and you feel the rhythm of the music as well as the speech of news channels. What’s more? Connection of the two phones simultaneously is a perk! It’s obvious that these guys lowered its price to except more star which I’m now giving as a thank for this. Bottomline, do not miss this perk while it’s still affordable!

Good looking intercoms. I planned on using them for motorcycle riding. I was very happy when they arrived, the quality seems to be very good, however in my opinion there are some big downsides for this. First i would say is quite hard to use them, very complicated to connect, too many commands. The biggest problem is that i was planning to use them with a different earpiece with 2.5mm jack plug (see photo) but it doesn't work. As i believe that the 2.5mm jack slot is just to connect it to mp3 player or gps etc. (Aux 2.5.mm to 3.5mm jack cable included) If you're planning to use them with different speakers/microphone it won't work, replacement must be USB type A (which you can't really find). I don't think you can connect them with different intercoms either for multi riders. What i can certainly say is that they work on really big distance one from each other and the battery is lasting long. Very nice that you have in the package 4 microphones, 2 tiny ones and 2 normal ones. Quality of sound is good for music and calls, microphone is good as well noise cancellation works as it should, you can speak at 70mph easily. Not sure how to rate them properly but i would like to return them as they are too hard for me to use and i was planning to use them with different speakers which didn't work.

Very easy to install on to helmet although the metal bracket didn't fit my helmet. I used the included sticky pad the backing plate. Works a treat.My helmet (LS2) has mouldings inside to accept the speakers, however the speakers are a bit on the large side. After a while wearing the helmet the speaker pressure against my ear starts to irritate.Sound on the speakers is perfectly good for purpose intended. Certainly they are loud enough to hear while wearing ear plugs.Bluetooth works well and I have it connected to two devices.On the whole I have been pleasantly surprised with the quality of the product.I would definitely buy another. :-)

The sound quality is amazing although down side is not great for fixed helmets. The pads doesn't stick very well and comes away all the time

Got this back in June this year. Did a 546 mile round trip to West Yorkshire and back to Scotland just over a week ago, it worked great for Google maps but after about 2 day's none of the buttons work so can't pause any music nor turn down the volume or skip a track have to do it on the mobile it's self which is doggie while riding my motorbike plus not holding it's charge when fully charged dies after only 5 minutes. (Update) The seller has kindly sent me a replacement which I received on the 15/09/23 after the headset I got back in June this year turned out to be faulty. Been using the new headset everyday to and from work and on weekend rides to St Andrews, Edinburgh, Stirling and Callander with no problems what so ever it's a really great headset which has a great long battery life and it's really easy to use!

These are amazing and just work and work so so well. I used them for skiing and me and my friends where so impressed with the clarity at with eith the boom mic or the button mic stuck on the side of the helmet could pick up. The divice is very good at removing the back ground noise and will work all day long. I stuck them to a cheap helmet from amazon and I cant imagen mot been able to chat or listen to music while skiing. I was originally obsessed with finding a divice with a range greater than 500m but I never considered that with the other person is more than 1km away it's probably time to slow down or go back and check on them and so have the divice announce "communication lost" is a good signal to check on the other person. I found the range to be around 500m to 1km if the line of sight was clear.

Having had Fodsports for a while the last being an M1SPro these upgrades were supposed to be great.Myself, wife, and daughter ride as a family very often and these work very well.A little issue with poor performance months after purchasing was also resolved by the company directly issuing replacements as all 3 were not good on range or reception.We were told these new units were an update, yet we are now left wishing we'd never sent the old ones back.Finally got out last weekend to road test them and range is about 300ft (100m), when it inevitably drops out it won't automatically reconnect, and worse is the feedback and interference.Very disappointing and would no longer recommend.Cannot seem to find a away of communicating so hopefully this will be read.

Très bon produit, facile à installer avec le accessoires fournis et installations aussi facile malgré encore une fois d une notice en français. Conversation fluide et claire avec un très bon filtre des bruits extérieurs. Je n’ai pas testé l’étanchéité vu le soleil en ce moment affaire à suivre cette hiverJe recommande 👍👍

Il funzionamento è buono, il fissaggio al casco è molto precario, dovrebbero migliorarlo.

Super Gerät, sehr empfehlenswert.Nach ca. 6 Monaten gab es ein Problem mit dem Akku. Nach Kontaktaufnahme wurde schnell geantwortet und das Gerät durch ein neues ersetzt. Gerne wieder bei diesem Hersteller!

Livraison très rapide dans un super emballage.bon matériel, de bonne facture apparente.facilité d'installation dans un casque modulable ou les emplacement existent déjà.seul bémol, la mise en place du clip de fixation n'est pas évidente et le mode d'emploi (en anglais et en chinois seulement) pas très expliciteIl y a des cales en mousse pour compenser l'excès de profondeur des logement d'écouteurs.le micro hampe tiens très bien et tout est démontable car fixé avec des velcros.Testé au quotidien depuis sa réception.Tout fonctionne bien radio, blue tooth, donc musique et téléphone. A noter le volume réglable facilement avec les gros gants d'hiverpas testé la communication de moto a moto, mais cela ne saurait tarderEdit après presque 3 ans d'utilisation,Fonctionne toujours très bien, pas de souci, tiens la charge environ 20h en utilisation (j'écoute surtout de la musique et le GPS)Un jour, j'ai oublié mon téléphone chez un ami,.par réflexe, j'ai allumé la musique, j'ai pu l'entendre pendant + d'un kilomètre avant de perdre le signalPar contre je vois que le prix a doublé en 3 ans... :-(
