Bought this originally for the skar 15 svr d4 to be ran at 2 ohm. It worked pretty good with it sounded nice for the most part but could tell it was tuned a little high. I did the measurements and used a port calculator and says it's tuned around 35 hertz. I've pushed that sub to the limit and the box has done well.I upgraded to the 15" skar evl d4 ran at 2 ohms and omg it sounds so much better. Still out of spec for the subwoofer but is holding up well. By the measurements I took using the box calculator says it's roughly 3.9 f³. Port width is 2 ⁷/¹⁶ port height is 15 ³/¹⁶ and length is 16 ¼. Enclosure is built well from my experience and the weight backs that up. I will be upgrading soon but I do recommend this.

Ive tried several different subs in this box, i even put my own 12" baffle on the front and this box sounds good for the price. I had a kicker cvr 15 in it and it sounded like it was made for that sub. Hit hard as crap

bought it because i wanted a "real box" for my sub. it sounds okay. had to tune it higher than a 15 really should be. got it because it said tuning was 37hz the 12" version i also have is 43 hz. sounds better than expected, but i didnt give 5 because the sealed box i built out of scraps honestly sounds 100x better just doesnt get as loud because you need 4x the power to make the same spl as a ported box at the same power level. for 80$ cant complain, but if my sub was .5 or 1 ohm i likely would have just stayed sealed. box also claims to be 5ft net 4.5 gross. box says 3.5ft it is smaller than my sealed which was 4.77 before bracing. if the hd115vl is 5 it would be bigger not smaller. the hd112vl had a bigger port and not much less air space. would also like to see the front plate caulked or some threaded inserts. i had to retighten my speaker screws (not wood/drywall screws) within the first few minutes of playtime.

This is the biggest box you can find for the best price! It will fit in almost any suv. Can't wait to hear it pound!

All joints leak don't buy this product they won't even give a refund they want me to return product and get a 20 dollar discount I will not buy this product again and I definitely do not recommend using this seller either

It's a good box but it's just tuned too high the 15 is supposed to produce Lowe's I think it's like tuned to like 34 or 35 at least wanted to be tuned to like 32 if not 30

I have a few complaints about this product when I was installing the subwoofer in the box the box started to fall apart why is that so I had to screw nails in it to keep it from falling apart would you be able to send me another box or return my money please thank you

I extended the vent length with a 1x6 board, and it sounds awesome!!!! it is awesome for all genres of music, from Bass test, to classical!!!!according to calculations, it's tuned to 33hz with my mod, but 10hz rattle my teeth!!!!(CT Sounds Strato 15 Dual 2ohm, on CT's AV2300.1
