We bought this for our 4 year old grandson who is obsessed with the DMAs and likes to try to play and pose with his grandads full size guitar. We didn’t want a toy, so opted for this maple wood one. The guitar is great quality and will last well. Everything needed comes with it; plectrums, strap, wee amp, case and spare strings. The amp needs a 9v battery or you can use a 9v power pack (neither supplied). Love the battery idea though as for a child to use. Please note the amp doesn’t work until you plug in the lead, as grandad thought it wasn’t working. Absolutely love it.

The media could not be loaded.  A fun little guitar, I bought this for my 3 year old grandson for his birthday, he absolutely loves it.It's very small for an adult but I still managed to play a bit of Jimi Hendrix on it.

Beautiful looking junior guitar perfect for my 6 year old who just strums away at it thinking he is a rock star. Bought for Christmas and only issue is that the amp has stopped working so will contact seller separately but other than that can't complain for the price.

A nice little package (amp is rubbish) - guitar looked well made and comes with all you would need to get going. But no matter how much I tried to tune the strings individually and then relative to each other, it never sounded in tune either up and down the fretboard or when playing chords.I tried adjusting intonation several times, to no avail. Maybe the frets have simply been positioned slightly wrong at the factory. Returning and I now have a disappointed daughter!

Lovely little guitar and when we had issues the customer service was prompt, responsive and very helpful.

The kit has good value for money. It comes with nearly everything you need to get started with, but like others have said; it'd be better if it came with a DC adapter for the little amp.Where this falls apart for me is the sound/guitar quality. While I'm not expecting much for the price, the setup was all over the place and I still can't get most of the strings to intonate properly, leaving the guitar out of tune on nearly every chord. The tuning pegs also make it difficult to find the right tuning, beyond intonation issues. Also, the amp's tone also leaves much to be desired (again understanable), and it's easy to overdrive it in a negative way, where the speaker crackles or the circuits clip.I don't regret the purchase however. For a young kid starting out (mine's 2 and he doesn't care about intonation), it's an ideal value proposition to explore. I paired it with a few extra pedals I had laying around and if your would-be rockstar gets inspired further by it, then you can shell out the bigger bucks on something a little more up to the task.

Un joli cadeaux pour initier l'enfant à la technique de la guitare électrique. Je l'ai choisie Bleu et elle est vraiment très classe ! Hélas le carton d'emballage a été mal traité lors du transport et la guitare est arrivée abimée. Appel à un conseillé adorable qui m'a guidée pour un retour (1ère fois) , remboursement et recommande de cette même guitare qui je l'espère arrivera intacte pour l'anniversaire de mon petit fils.

Regalata a mio figlio. L'effetto WoW è assicurato, perchè lo strumento è davvero bello dal punto di vista estetico ed anche ben costruito. Anche la presenza della custodia, il cavetto, i plettri e l'amplificatore, rendono l'intero pacchetto un bel regalo. Il cavetto in dotazione non è il massimo e tende a staccarsi dallo strumento, problema che si risolve comprando un cavetto migliore.Dal punto di vista strettamente musicale però ci sono diverse pecche. La tastiera non è precisissima, vanno fatte diverse regolazioni lato ponte, e comunque risente troppo della pressione del dito (vale a dire che schiacciando con più forza la corda, si altera la nota in maniera evidente). Quindi anche accordanto bene lo strumento, si rischia di produrre melodie ed accordi non perfettamente intonati.Per un bambino alle prime armi, che vuole principalmente divertirsi, va bene perchè intanto inizia ad imparare qualcosina divertendosi con un oggetto alla sua portata. Ma non è certo uno strumento degno di questo nome e di lunga durata, se impara, ci vuole qualchsa che risulti sempre intonato.Presa quando mio figlio ha 7 anni, forse risulta già un pò piccola come dimensioni di insieme, ma almeno riesce a fare agevolmente diverse posizioni, cosa che con una chitarra più grande da 3/4 non riesce a fare.. Per età maggiori, suggerisco sicuramente una chitarra più grande.
