Little Zoo Henry Cage, Blue

Firstly I want to say that Amazon always have great customer service (in my experience).I received this cage it was dirty, had scratches all over the pipes, it's flimsy and took me an hour to assemble, I cut my finger 3 times, every time I clipped one part together the other part collapsed and once finished it was so weak and cheap.Amazon refunded me and have agreed to investigate these cages.Thank you for a great service amazon but customers - please do not buy.

I brought this cage for my kids 2 dwarf hamsters an upgrade from the cage they had. It was very flimsy and they struggled to get up the stairs. The 1st night I had the cage I went to bed come down a few hours later to get a drink and my cats had managed to open the door (which they shouldn't of been able to) and killed one of the hamsters. I wouldn't recommend this product at all. I had a very upset little boy for weeks. Not worth the money nor the heartache.

Had this cage for four hours and my little boy escaped and went missing. Managed to bed the bars and drop to the floor. He has problems with his teeth so surprised he managed this at all! Do NOT buy for your hamster. Really not suitable as a pet home! Wish I had fully read the reviews before buying! Truly dissapointed as it looked like such a lovely enriched cage!

Cage and tubes come in pieces, hard to clean and get yo your pet as hamsters hide in the tubes, majeing there beds there also.The wheel is quite small even for a babby hamster. Ig looks fun for your pet but thats about all. We changed ours to a plastic lid one with a half second layer and wheel for half the price, easy to clean, hamsters cant nor on the bars, easy access to the hamster to stroke, hold, take out to clean.

bought it for my Syrian hamster, after assembling it was flimsy as best the bars would not hold the hampster and it is so small much better for a smaller animal

This cage is ok but would not recommend it for small hamsters. the quality is ok but would not say it was the safest as the top is not very well fastened to the rest of the cage and the tubes are too big for a small hamster to climb up. Also, there were no instructions on how to put the cage together.

Nice little cage for a dwarf hamster. Was a little tricky to assemble but seems relatively sturdy now it's all put together. Chewbacca loves it! The wheel is nice and quiet; however the water bottle leaked! You can open the cage on the top, as well as on the side at the bottom, which is handy. All in all happy with it, so now Han Solo will be getting one too!
