First of all, the measurements are all wrong so please ignore them. The actual size is (unfolded) : length 183, width 75, depth 42 cm. Also ignore shipping weight as I really don't think a cardboard box adds that much! Ok so I bought this as a replacement for my divan which had become rotten due to mould and damp spreading from my wall, an unfortunate problem in my house in winter.So I decided on this folding bed as I thought it would be handy for keeping away from the bad damp area in my bedroom (space is limited). It is very easy to assemble for 2 people, but a bit difficult to do on your own so I recommend asking someone for help and it only takes a minute if that to fold out.The mattress is narrower than a normal size single bed, so bear that in mind before ordering. However I have been using it as a regular bed and I find it very comfortable, after adjusting to its softness. I am used to a firm mattress as that is what I prefer, but this one has to be soft and flexible in order to fold up. I'm using this permanently now and I think it will be ok to do so as it is built very well.The headboard attachment I didn't bother with as the screws didn't look the right size, and the instructions included were for an entirely different type of bed. I decided to pay an extra £7.99 and got it the next day, very efficient from Amazon and cheap considering the size of the parcel.So all in all I am very pleased with this product, I would highly recommend it if you need a bed in a hurry and space is at a premium where you live.

The softness of the mattress means that the height when you sit on it is nothing like the advertised height. I have bought a second mattress to go under the supplied mattress so that I can stand up.

After searching for a suitable folding bed we chose the Windemere. We donated this bed to the Hospital that looked after our mum in her final weeks. The Windemere was a good choice as it is suitable for contract use and has a deep, full sized waterproof mattress and the whole bed is easy to keep clean. It is being used for occasional use for relatives to stay with their loved ones. We have had a letter from the Hospital to say it has been used for this purpose and works really well. Would recomend it to anyone wanting a sturdy and easy to operate bed as it unfolds with just a single movement, aand with the castors make it easy to move. Ideal if you are having visitors to stay.

The mattress is comfy and the bed is very sturdy only problem is it isn’t wide enough for an adult you toss and turn when you turn over so I wouldn’t say it gives the best night sleep. Would be would be more suited and ideal for a child.

Husband found it very difficult to get out and up as very low.

The bed is just what I wanted. It is easy to use and very comfortable. The only problem is that a spring on the base is not engaged and it is impossible to stretch it and fix it.

bed arrived 1 day later,not surprised as I was watching delivery status and at this time of year these things happen.My only gripe was young lad about 18 delivered the bed and as it was so heavy he had great difficulty getting it up 3 front doorsteps,I am 79 woman and could not help,it did say on box TEAM LIFT,where was someone to help him? If that lad had hurt himself lifting,he could have sued Amazon or whoever was responsible for delivery,something to keep in mind when delivering heavy things as this bed was really heavy.Other than that the bed seems very robust and I am very pleased with the quality,I am sure my family will be comfortable when they come to stay

The mattress fold in the middle when you sit on it. Good product. My teenage grandson slept on it while he was here on holiday
