Fabulous Juicer
I am a bit of a juice queen and have had in the past big all singing all dancing juicers but with a small kitchen now i need something more compact and this ticks all the boxes. I read all the reviews good and bad and decided to buy it. I wanted a small l machine with a big motor ( the bigger the better)i fund it really easy to assemble , it dosent take up much room and looks stylish Some reviews said it was noisy but i thought it was fine considering you have a 700w motor sitting on your kitchen side !I made a juice with apples, celery and Kale and it was effortless the pulp was pretty dry and i had plenty of juice .Taking it apart to clean was easy the only tricky part is removing the blade but i found that pulling it out with two hands from the inside of the ring made this easy. The machine does self clean by adding water and running it but it wasnt that great so a rinse in the sink or popping in the dishwasher is better. All in all a great little juicer if you are a big family then probably invest in a bigger one but for a couple or quick juice you cant go wrong with this .

Great juicer but...
I'm happy with this juicer, I've used a Philips juicer in the past and this is a big step up. There's less waste of juice, it is really easy to clean, especially if you let it run with a couple cups of water to more easily clean the blades. In terms of size, it's quite compact and produces more juice in one go than you'd think. I'm unsure what the actual capacity is because I believe it depends on the kind of juice you are making. A basic carrot juice, for example, can easily go over the suggested capacity by the manufacturer as the pulp is very dry. In addition, I don't think this juicer is very loud. I am personally comfortable using it in the house early in the morning.I have had this juicer for 5 months now and so far, no problems whatsoever with the motor. Nothing has broken down and it still juices very well. The only less positive point is the amount of friction in the juice. Due to the fact that this juicer is very quick in extracting juice, the heat friction slightly changes the quality of the juice. It is still very good quality but sometimes it comes with a bit more foam than you'd want to. If you have the time, perhaps investing on a slower juicer will bring up the quality of the juice a bit. This is the only thing stopping me from giving 5 stars.Overall, great product. It's worth the money although at the time, I bought during a special Amazon deal and was a bit cheaper than the current price. It is still a good investment.

Just brilliant!
So far absolutely brilliant! I first had the idea of a juicer after trying the super green at Wagamama which I love. I haven't mastered the recipe yet but I am really close. When I first got it, the size was as expected! The design is the same as on the picture so can easily fit in any kitchen. If you prefer to put in a cupboard, you just dismantle the top bit and it fits any cupboard. The instruction, as mentioned before, are extremely basic but it is very easy to use and to clean. I have tried the easy clean, and again as mentioned before, I haven't been convinced. I prefer it by end. It's like all food processor when it comes to clean. You have 3 parts to clean which are very easy by just rinsing them. The blade/grater bit takes slightly more time to clean, but nothing much. All in all, the cleaning process is nice and easy. If you really don't want to do it by hand, you can always put everything in the dishwasher. For the juice, it is every so easy, you put your fruits/vegetables in the juicer and job done. Of course, for some of them, you need to peel them but it's sort of common sense: oranges, lemons, kiwi, melon, pineapple, etc...Some fruits/vegetables will make more juice than others and therefore you will need lots of them. Some fruits/vegetables can't be use in the juicer as they simply do not produce juice: bananas, avocados, etc. I would recommend to have a look at juice recipe to start. It will help to know what is good or not. I personally love my new juicer and I am looking forward to get nice fresh juice in the future.

Top notch juicer
I bought this over cheaper models and brand so paid double what others have bought. The clear number of good reviews in total lives up to its name and is a great juicer!I bought this for my mother who is going through chemotherapy and the Doctors said fruit juice from a juicer would help her be more healthy. The juicer isn't a 1 minute clean and I had to be thorough with the metal sieve/round thing which get skin and fruit stuck in its tiny holes. All by hand though haven't tried the dishwasher. It was quite hard at first to try and take apart after packaging came off and was certain the item was broken. Word of advice is to use a bit of elbow grease AKA a bit of force to prise the parts apart because I guess after manufacturing they put together just a bit too well so I literally had to use a lot of strength to take it apart, Being in my early 20s you can guess if you are older how this might be a problem so ask for help from someone with a bit of strength. The juicer so far has worked really well and arrived very quickly. Won't go into detail as a lot of the four star and five star reviews tell you enough about the product and trust me its well packaged and of good quality which you can expect from Philips.
