the tablets killed my appetite making me not wanting to eat any food all day , even when taking 1 tablet a day , if that's how you loose weight then I prefer to eat the normal food just less, you are not hungry at all, your tummy is rumbling but you don't want to eat anything , you still have energy, but feeling a bit like having too much coffe , dehadreted and dizzy, I started having some pain near my heart which I believe could be because of the tablets. they are good if you want to decrease your food intake before your periods coz that's mostly the time I eat the most so will be using them only thenI wanted to loose only 5 kilos of my 55 kilos weight before my holidays but not feeling very happy and a bit dizzy,i think it could work better for people with more weight than mine

The reason I ordered this product was that for the last few months I had been experiencing abdominal pain together with constipation (particularly in the evening). I have had a CT scan and, fortunately, received the All-Clear from the consultant surgeon. Since, however, the discomfort persisted, I followed a friend's advice and ordered one bottle. (Here I must add that I was impressed by Dr Schultze's theory that faecal matter can remain in the body for many years.) I'm not quite sure what effect the treatment has had.Initially, I did notice an increase in activity and slightly fuller bowel motions. However, I still get the same symptoms. I hadn't ever done a colon cleanse before but needed to shift some weight and was sick of feeling bloated all the time. After a week of taking these, my stomach bloating had subsided and I felt less constipated. They don't make you uncomfortable or rush to the loo! So there were no unwanted side effects. It is mild so if you haven't done a colon cleanse before or need to shift more build up/ weight I'd buy two bottles. I didn't really have any trouble with my bowel when I purchased this, or so I thought. After about 4 days of taking this, (this will sound crazy but...) I felt so much lighter! It doesn't act as a laxative, but makes number twos easier and more regular. I also ended up feeling more awake after taking these, and I managed to lose a little bit of weight as I combined these with a healthier diet and exercise. I can definitely say that these are amazing. And the best part is that they're all natural, and so I feel quite confident about taking these, as I researched the ingredients, and they are all beneficial. If you're still considering whether to get them or not, I'd definitely say do it, and dont worry - my biggest worry was the laxative effect and there was none of that.
