Trust Sento Wireless Keyboard with Touchpad for All Samsung TVs - UK Layout

I bought this keyboard for my 55inch Samsung curved LED TV. It connected immediately and works well with the tv. There are a number of buttons on the keyboard specifically programmed for Samsung TVs (e.g. the SmartHub button) which all work. This keyboard makes the TV web browser tolerable and means I can search on YouTube with ease. The trackpad brings up a little mouse cursor in the TV menus and some apps. Unfortunately the Netflix app on the TV doesn't support keyboards so searching for movies remains a chore.The keyboard feels well made and the keys have a satisfying press to them (not rubbery, more like a laptop keyboard). Underneath there is a battery compartment for two aaa batteries (supplied) and a little slot for the USB receiver plug to be stored in if the unit is ever to be separated from the TV which is a nice touch.Overall this is a useful and well made little keyboard for your TV, just not useful with Netflix (yet).

The pros: works the TV functions, works with the TVs browser.The cons: didn't work with catchup TVs, Amazon prime video or YouTube I didn't try it with any other applications as they were the only ones of intrest to us. Also the usb cable supplied is only about 10cm long and we had to be sitting directly in front of the TV, I had a longer male to female cable which sat just below the TVs which worked a lot better. We have reluctantly returned this product which we really wanted to work but doesn't .

Whilst the keyboard did make operation of the browser on my Samsung Smart TV easier, the touch pad was very Jerry and movement of the pointer erratic. The response to commands was also painfully slow. As the keyboard is equipped with buttons to also control normal TV functions I was surprised to find it was useless with YouTube - once selected the App opened but then froze and the only way out was to turn off the TV using the original remote. I therefore returned the keyboard for a refund. Shame the device wasn't much use.

Definitely one very good keyboard although it is smaller than the average keyboards, it is getting used to it and when it does you can work with it easily. The solder buttons are great and the mouse is very precise. Also it has scroll button that is very useful and of course the media and page buttons are useful as well. I wouldn't recommend it for typing long texts but for a keyboard surfing on the internet and chilling on your chair/sofa/couch doing your staff easily...I have recommended the product to some friends and i definitely do the same in this review.

A nice enough keyboard, small and well built. Has a tiny USB dongle that plugs into the Samsung TV to allow connection.The specific TV buttons work and the TV responds to commands as expected.The keyboard has no interface to be used with... let me explain; one thing I do all the time is search for stuff, using the TV remote control I manipulate an on-screen keyboard via the arrow keys and select button. The keyboard allows me to do the same, manipulate an on-screen keyboard via the arrow keys and enter button, which defeats the whole purpose of having a keyboard.Additionally the keyboard is supplied with setup 'instructions' which guide you with a series of pictures how to install the batteries and USB dongle on the TV. But no instructions about how you are supposed to use the keyboard with the TV.It makes a stylish drinks tray.

Hi,I bought this item to use on the sofa with my media pc or playstation,it arrived swiftly and well packaged however thats were the positives end.The keyboard is quite flimsy,also layout is very crammed and not easy to use,your hands inadvertingly keep depressing the far left and right buttons but the main reason for my returning the item was that the left click mouse button was either broke or unresponsive to a point of being un-useable,the right click mouse button wasn't far behind.Item now returned and replaced with the excellent acuratus toughball keyboard.Also thanks for the usual easy painless returns transaction from Amazon.

Neat little keyboard, easy to install. However a lot of the apps in my Samsung smart TV don't seem to be compatible so still have to use the hand remote to type words. So keyboard is less useful than I hoped. Keyboard also has some functions of the remote - channel change, volume, etc.

Works well with my Samsung UE40F8000 TV. Easy to set up using spare USB port on TV, short USB extension lead allows receiver to be visible from front side of TV, improving range. UK English keyboard layout with full size keys. Includes £ and € keys. On/off switch on underside. Light weight and compact but large enough to sit comfortably on my lap. Touchpad and buttons could be more responsive but still work OK. However, I prefer handheld touchpad that comes with TV for intensive mouse usage.

Although strong;y advertised as the keyboard for the Samsun g Smart Tv it does not work at all . Contacting Trust was useless
