I purchased this directly from Green Riders (the seller). Glad to see that they're selling on Amazon and the prices seem to be same as in store. I must say that the aftersales and in-store team is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and helpful and followed up with me a few times after I left the store. With this kind of machine, aftersales is everything. I had a few issues from time to time (hydraulic brake fluid top up, realignment of disc brakes, "squeaky sound" from steering column) and it was all fixed right away.Just some things to note: This is not a toy, and it is not for beginners. It is fast and has so many settings (from acceleration levels to computer-assisted braking) that you need to know what you're doing, or you will get hurt. With that aside, it is a beast. You'll ride for hours, literally, and can accommodate different terrains, inclines, roads, and even gravel... I did venture into sand once and had an alright time, but don't think I'd want to do that again. Just be mindful of two important points: 1) this is not waterproof. Don't go riding through puddles after a rare rainy day in the UAE. I haven't and don't plan on doing so. And 2) it is heavy, almost 40 kg. Picking it up to throw in the trunk of your car or to go up and down stairs may be challenging to most people. Other than that, it is such an amazing ride.I even installed a carbon fiber bar on the front steering column (looks like a second set of small handle bars) to hook grocery bags onto, along with slapping on one of those scooter bags in the front to help with quick store runs. Anyway, if you’re looking into a serious scooter, look no further. I mean, there may be other Dualtron scooters that may suit your needs more, but this brand is definitely one to keep on your shortlist.
