I bought these to help my arthritic fingers and find by using to exercise my hands daily with these it is helping.

I bought these to exercise a broken wrist. Way to hard for me - I couldn't squeeze even the lowest resistance ball.

Even the softest ball was still very firm, could have done with a softer option

Nach einem Sehnenanriss an einem kleine Finger habe ich als Kollateralschaden Arthrose auch im Nachbarfinger bekommen. Grundsätzlich gibt es noch keine Heilung von Arthrose aber man kann dagegen anarbeiten indem man die betroffenen Gelenke schonend belastet. Ich verwende die Bälle um sie mit der Hand zu kneten. Dabei ist es besonders hilfreich, dass ich 3 unterschiedliche Härtegrade habe. Optimal wäre es, wenn die Bälle in 2..3 unterschiedlichen Größen angeboten würden, denn ich habe z.B. sehr große Hände und die Bälle sind für mich fast schon zu klein (Durchmesser = 50 mm). Trotzdem gebe ich 5 Punkte da sie halten was sie versprechen und dabei mit knapp 9 € nicht überteuert sind.

Jeder Ball hat eine differenzierte Dichte/Schwere und der Verpackung war noch eine Anleitung mit täglichen Übungsmöglichkeiten beigelegt.
