I've no proof as to whether taking these ACAI Berry capsules do me any good physically, but all I can say is that I've been taking them over the past 18 months, and combined with trying to eat less (not dieting!) I have lost well over a stone in weight. I also never feel hungry, 2 meals a day do me fine, and I have bags of energy, and overall I feel great, and people say they have never seen me looking better. So all in all they work for me and I will continue to take them.

Hi, I have been using these tablets for 3 weeks now. First week no change. Second week increased loo trips. Third week can feel my cravings curbed. Am using in co-ordination with diet and walking wouldn’t be stand alone. Lost 2kg this week. Taking 2 a day before breakfast.

I used these capsules for abot 2 weeks before I gave it to someone else for try. I noticed more energy and activness in me and definetely less hunger for food. Before using these Caps I would feel hungry all the time and munch on savouries all the time. I dont know if this change is because of active ingredients or just mental initiative after using these caps, be remember my main purose to use thme was to control my hunger as I read elswhere acai helps control it. As I am not using them these days and feel a bit fall in energy levels and also increased cravings. I would take one Cap early morning empty stomach and One late afternoon much after lunch when stomach is quite empty. Some time I take Caps as it is but most of the time I empty caps into a bit of water, give it a good shake and drink it. It taste a bit tangy and kinda like cranberrysshhhh.Since I start using them, I also start my exercise regime thats playing Squash for about 40 mins 3 times a week at begginer/moderate level and little exercise in the morning or after work. I found I lost about 1 KG in 2 weeks, Now its because of Acai (less food intake and healthy one - no chocs or fizzy drinks etc)or because of my exercise regime, I do not know. I am ordering more of these caps from same company Troo Health and now looking forward to use them for atleast 2 months with exercise surely. Aim is to reduce 5 KG of weight. Will post after 2 months to share the results.Good Luck.

This is an excellent health maintenance product. Taken daily, it will ensure your digestive system is kept in tip top condition. Give it a couplle of weeks to adjust then you should see/feel good results.

Fast postage and loving the fast effects of stopping me binging already.

Happy with this as I did not want a product full of artificial stabilisers etc. and wanted an energy boost - certainly feel much better for my daily intake though the pills are a little on the large side. On the other hand, I only take 2 a day, while other products had me doing 6 or more, not practical when travelling with work etc.

If you look at the picture (See customer image) you can see that adding a very, very small percentage of Acai Berry Freeze dried. Freeze dried acai berry powder is Deep Dark Purple. Those dark spots on the photo are Freeze Dried, everything else is cheap extract. To get the benefit you have to take so many per day.Capsule weighs is 500 mg.

I took these for a while and was not impressed as they did not make any difference at all.Not impressed !!!!
