This SMARTTRAVEL E-bike is great! It’s exactly what I was looking for! It was a bit of a bumpy road in the beginning when I first ordered. But, that has all been taken care of by the customer support at SMARTTRAVEL! The bike is good on all terrains. it is very comfortable to ride. It’s super fast! The SMARTTRAVEL E-bike is a real head turner! I have, and will recommend SMARTTRAVEL E-bikes to my friends and family. The battery set up is genius. Super easy to take out of bike and bring it inside for quick charge. Or even light enough to carry in a backpack easily. The headlight tail light and blinkers are very bright and work perfectly . And even the little satchel that comes with the bike is extremely useful. And no doubt in my mind that this is one of the most solid and dependable E bikes on the market. And I’d have to say it is extremely well priced for the amount of quality and assurance you get with this purchase. It is a Great Ebike for me to use to commute to and from work. And equally perfect and fun to have a casual ride to enjoy the beautiful summer. The seat is comfortable. The throttle is very helpful and it’s sleek and easy to use design. The tires are nice and fat and have a good off-road tread to them. They have a great response and can handle any situation. I’ve recommended this bike to a few people in my area and I’ve already seen someone else riding around on one last week. I hope this review helps you make up your mind. So, I've had this bike a few months now and I don't have any real complaints for the price its a great bike. I changed the tires and also the rear shocks which were far to stiff for my weight but the bike rides great, the front shock has no adjustment or lockout, it feels planted in turns. It's not super fast(28 to32 depending on slope and wind, need both in your favor to exceed 30) I'm 155lbs, but it does accelerate noticeably faster than my 750w bike. I ride daily commuting to work and shops etc. There haven't been any motor or other electrical issues. The bike turns heads and people will talk to you at traffic lights and other places if given the chance. The bag holds my chain and sometimes a drink. I'm 5'10" and it's the perfect size for me, I can flat foot at stops comfortably. Customer service so far has been easy, I had a crash and damaged lights but was able to contact the company to get replacement parts. Also the bike itself is well built and sturdier than I thought from the website.

As other recent reviews have stated this is a really great bike with great features. In researching e-bikes I haven’t found anything close to what you get at this price point.I’m 5’ll 175lbs and it fits me perfect. Definitely more of a motorcycle feel with the 20” tires and frame. I agree with other reviews that the biggest negative is it does slow down considerably when going uphill on roads. However, I live in Hawaii and have taken it off-road and it handles bumpy hills pretty well in lower pedal assist modes where you are just trying to get through rough areas. Off-road down hill rides great. Back shocks could be better but aftermarket shocks I’ve seen people install on YouTube seems to solve this if it’s an issue for you. It’s not for me and down hill on rough terrain you really get a feel for how sturdy the bike is. It gets me quickly to areas that I would otherwise have to walk to or would be a strenuous bike ride.Last of all is customer service. I was not getting anywhere near the range that it is advertised for. After contacting the company, another battery was shipped to me a timely manner. Excellent customer service and communication.I would recommend this bike to anyone in my size range.

The bike has not worked from the beginning. I’ve had a non-working bike for over 3 months now. They refuse to send me a replacement and keep sending me parts to install myself, none of which fixed the issue.

I want to write an honest review because I haven’t seen much on this bike and it might help people make a decision.I’m loving this bike! Looks super cool and is really fast with a lot of power! Definitely turn a lot of heads riding it. I love the suspension and big tires, it can handle big bumps which I like because my last wreck with on a scooter was caused by little suspension and small tires.The controls are easy and has a twist throttle which is comfortable and nice. Accelerates super fast and is very responsive. I particularly like how it has a bright LED that lights up the road at night, and also how you can remove the battery to charge.Nothing is perfect though. The headlight is different than in the picture, it doesn’t have the metal over it. Also, I have not been able to go faster than 28 mph, and I’m only 155 lbs. that being said, that feels plenty fast enough for me.Another note is I only reached 17-18 mile range while using full throttle and setting through a week of riding. I think it probably could’ve made it at least 1-3 more miles though. (I just get anxiety and had to recharge when it reached 1 bar haha).This was a bit disappointing to me as it advertises 30 miles minimum and I only do flat roads with no heavy wind or anything, but hey still not too bad.To my surprise though, even on one bar of charge left, it never lost any power which was really great to see!Another negative, I’m 5’5” and I have to go on my tippy toes at stops as I can barely reach lol. Not too horrible but I wish it was a little shorter like 1 or 2 inches. Along with that, the seat is horribly uncomfortable. It hurts my butt after a few miles.Overall great bike, and I am freaking loving it!It can probably handle off-road biking as well just haven’t gotten a chance yet. But it does go up steps with ease. I’ll do more reviews on YouTube and whatnot in the future.
