Hi, paw licking can be sign of low gate pain in dogs, so you could try adding something like Devil Claw to your dogs food, or try some medication from the vets and see if that helps x

The treatment dose is a higher daily amount to give which we recommend administering for a minimum of four weeks to allow the benefits of the medicine to establish in the dog or cats system. This is 2 tablets per 5-10Kg of bodyweight depending on the severity of the ailment.After the four weeks or however long it takes to see an improvement in the condition, then gradually reduce the daily amount given towards the maintenance dose which is 1 tablet per 5-10Kg bodyweight daily. However you can continually give the treatment dose if you find this amount works better to treat the condition, and this amount can be given indefinitely. We hope this helps.Dorwest Product Advisor

Q: Do these pills make your dog smell? I gave my puppy treats with fenugreek in when he was small and he smelt of it the next day.

Not at all, I give these to my dog for her arthritis as she's an old dog and they seemed to help. Dotwest herbs are the best, I always get them from dog shows and only use this brand.
