Very interesting product. It's easy to clean but burnt food does seem to discolour it (but doesn't seem to affect its performance). I found it produced a smell the first couple of uses so I'd recommend perhaps giving it a good wash, put it in the oven on a tray *without* food the first time, then give it a good wash before using it with food.I'd definitely recommend it if you cook food that makes trays hard to clean every time, it will save a lot of hard work.

Having bought this product a few times now I would strongly reccommed these silicone sheets. They are brilliant and love the fact that after use a little wash soapy water and they are back to new again. I bought some for my mum and she lives them too. You can line your ole baking tins where your non stick has become a little worn and they are simply rejuvenated and back to brilliant. I have cut down on the amount of foil used. I also took on a self catering holiday and again ... great product. Thanks.

No matter how often I replaced my baking trays things always seemed to stick. I use baking parchment to stop this which is fine for some things, but if you're cooking pastry of chips etc you getting soggy bottoms, and no one likes a soggy bottom. This is great - I cut it in half and each half covers a medium baking tray. Chips come out crispy, sausage rolls just as they should be. I've just ordered another - at a great price like this too good to miss!

Really good , big enough for about 20 small macaroons , the only downfall is when you put anything with oil or grease on it they can stain and even with hot soapy water they can still feel greasy , but that's with all silicone mats , but I use them just for cookies and macaroons and buy the poundshop liners for the greasy ones , as for quality , yep 4 stars

This mat is great, and a good price.My only negative is that the purple mat is no longer purple. It was fine the first few uses bit then randomly one bake, it came out pretty much white! It's got purple circles now where the cookies were. It was within the given temperature range so I'm not sure why it's happened.

Very thin but did the job for baking but the pink one was stained after the first bake so does not look so good now. I bought another for protecting my Corian worktop from the coffee maker steam nozzle dripping onto the worktop - that has done well. I bought a third one to cover the bird table to make it easy to clean and that is working well too!

Just recently brought this and wow , why did I wait so long , its great and at a price that is great to. parchment paper is okay but this has opened new ideas to me such as a coconut veil made with agar agar , which cant go on cling film, (as it reacts) and stuck a little to parchment paper.Cleaning after baking is easy as your'd expect , go on treat yourself today.

Great value for money. They do stain quite easily, but the stains do not stop them from being perfectly non-stick. Furthermore, the very much more expensive usual ones, stain also. These are inexpensive and they do the job, perfectly.
