So frustrating
The design of this makes solving it incredibly frustrating. It took me like three hours to solve. The pieces don’t stay together independently when it’s not sitting flat on the bottom, making it fall apart every time you attempt to build it with the handle. It’s been a Christmas gift from hell …

Product does not come apart properly and broke on first use
The product was so stuck to itself that it literally would not move without a fair bit of force (I even checked the official guide to ensure I was moving the correct peices)When attempting to remove the final block the handle snapped off before it even moved due to how badly finished it is.Also it's definitely not a 4/5 difficulty.It's a real shame as it's a lovely looking product and the customer service was exceptional
