I am going to be starting my own business later this year and I have found this a very informative read.I would also recommend "Craft a Creative Business" by Fiona Pullen & "From Passion to Profit" by Claire Hughes.

I recommend this book for anyone setting up their own creative business. The book is approachable but gets straight to the point. Features interviews with great designers who run established businesses

A really useful book for crafters who wish to turn their skills into a viable business. It's quite comprehensive, starting from market research to business plans, branding, social media to photography and setting up a website. Real-life case studies provide helpful inspiration, and the book works very well on Kindle (unusually!), with lots of clickable links to further advice and help.Review of a preview copy from the publisher.
