Cheap and cheerful replacement, some installation niggles but nothing serious.
Replaced the seal on my Belling Format 644 with this. It's a very decent quality rubber seal, but it is a universal fit so expect to have to work out the best approach for your oven.My first approach was a mistake and I think it may be why there's some negative reviews here. It seemed common sense to me to try to do the seal in one long length. My plan was to have a single join and try to cut a slit in the back of the rubber into which I could insert the corner pieces. This doesn't work, the rubber splits when you try to put in the corner pieces and it'll fall off very quickly. You need to have a join at each corner piece. When you insert the corner piece into the rubber it's very strong this way and it doesn't split out. You can shove the rubber hard on the corner pieces so the join doesn't allow heat through. Luckily, there was enough seal supplied for me to have a another go at it.The other thing I found was that this seal is chunky and my over door only just closed. When I heated the oven up, the door popped open and eventuallly woudn't close again. On my oven, I can adjust the door catch very easily which solved this issue, it now catches with a good seal. Other ovens may not have this ability.

Not universal!
This product is rubbish! The corner pieces tear the rubber (almost like they are the wrong fixing) so by the time we came to fit there wasn’t much rubber seal left! We had to then use the old corner pieces to attempt a seal, but as it kept ripping with the new corner pieces, when we came to fit it was left too short . Now we will be buying another seal from elsewhere as this will not fit and we can’t use the oven!!!

Great if you use some common sense, if you want a perfect fit with no effort buy an original part
Easy to use and fit, was too thick for my oven door but used a pair of scissors to cut the top triangle section of rubber off and it made it the perfect thickness. Oven now works a treat. Took about 10 minutes to adjust the thickness but was still much better than the 40 quid the manufacturer wanted for the top oven seal. All out there that think you will get a perfect replica for the thousands of different ovens out there without any effort and for a fraction of the price, please keep looking, maybe you'll find a unicorn being sold for free as well!!!!

It's ok... nothing more
My oven seal perished and I couldn't find an OEM replacement so tried this product. Fitting it is fiddly and you need to cut slightly shorter than your measurements to make sure there is no sag but the biggest problem (if you need to use the right angle corner mounts) is the small gap left at the join, it lets a large amount of heat escape the oven meaning the time to get to temperature is increased and cooking times can be longer. Steam is also a problem depending on what you are cooking as this also pours out of the corners.A lot of time slitting the rubber to push the ends closer together before sealing with a high temperature rated adhesive and things are better but still not perfect.Only consider using this if an OEM seal isn't available.

Good job done I think
Only downside, no instructions. I have never done a job like this before. I cut tbe rubber into measured lengths, pushed in the metal corners, then the rubber again till I had a square. Using the heat resistant silicon fixer to the back I was able to secure the new rubber onto the cooker. Before I started the replacement I cleaned the surface will wire wool and soapy water and dried it off with kitchen paper. I wore several pairs of disposable latex gloves whilst fitting and glueing the rubber on. I shut the door and turned on my Creda oven. I have cooked a meal in said oven this evening, no leaks so far. Good job I think.

Does the job
The packet I got didn't come with any instructions so I would suggest finding a video on YouTube - the key thing to note is that the rubber has to be cut shorter than the width and length and you can find out by how much on a YouTube video.I wanted to replace the seal on a bottom oven and a top oven which required the curved barbed corner clips so I needed 8 of them which meant I had to buy 2 packets as I couldn't source the clips separately which is a shame as there is sufficient rubber in one packet. However the product works well and when you know how to do it it is really easy.

Original part not available so took a chance with this.
My small oven seal had been broken for a few years and for whatever reason we hadn’t thought of replacing it. I looked for an oem item but the cooker company stopped trading many years ago. Found this on Amazon and as with most items the reviews were mixed. For the price I bought one and took a chance. The packaging said includes instructions but none were in the package. I haven’t marked it down for this as I had already watched a clip on YouTube that explains how to measure and fit a similar item. I found fitting the clips easy enough and the seal has been in place for a few weeks now with no issues. Hopefully it lasts for a few years.
