Consumption can vary with activity levels, state of health and age. Start-up: 2 tablets per day for first week or two. Caution: chlorella can initially result in mild bowel movement changes in some persons, introduce it slowly and only increase the amount after these changes disappear. Maintenance: 6 tablets per day. Optimum: 6 tablets three times daily or 18 tablets total per day. Best taken at or after meals with plenty of fluid (preferably pure water to assist the removal of toxins). Amazing Results.
I bought these after reading they are good for NAFLD. I thought they were pricey at first but given how they have helped my fatty liver disease, they are worth every penny. I used to have sickness every day and horrible pains from my liver - I had this for years. It took about a month of taking Chlorella before I saw any improvement but I can hand on heart say I have not been sick in two months. The chronic pain has also gone. I would highly recommend Chlorella - well worth the money.
