bought for the summer
I got these for my 2 kids while we were abroad on holiday. I feel like when its so hot and theyre playing in the pool all day they never really drink as much as you want them to so i thought i would try these.Every afternoon i dropped one into each of their water bottles and the sipped it over the next hour or so and they loved it. It just made me feel a little better knowing they were still hydrated in the hot weather.The taste was lovely, they do take a little while to dissolve in the water but its not a problem!

Replenishing Energy
I bought this for my kids who play football and for myself as i suffer from cramps after working out. My boys have days where they play both school and club fooptball and feel extremely tired. Thanks to this miracle electrolytes which have really helped and kept them going. They have so much more energy to keep up with multiple matches and thanks to PY electrolytes i no longer get cramps when I workout. Absolutely amazing product with well balanced nutrients!!!

Excellent product
Theses tables are easy to use, dissolves well without any excess fizzling or residue..It’s also Sugar free, Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Caffeine Free & Vegan so doesn’t cause any dietary issues.My daughters use this after a hard work out ( gymnastics) and they used it when on holiday, due to the heat, to keep them correctly hydrated.It also seems to reduce the recovery time - they train 5 days gymnastics and the other day’s general fitness training.All in all a great product that we will be ordering again..Recommended!
