Great Shampoo
It is more than I would normally pay for shampoo but I love this product. It has a lovely scent and leaves my dry hair feeling very soft and clean after washing. Would definitely recommend to others.

Does it do what it says on the packaging?
I’m a guy and I’ve always used shampoos by head and shoulders for my dry scalp but it never really ticked the boxes and it only ever made the issue worse. I switched to this which is more expensive, but it is definitely worth it.. since using this I was my hair once or twice a week and I have already seen results within the first weeks use. My hair is much more hydrated now, my scalp is much less dry and my hair feels and looks much healthier. I’ve only washed my hair twice with this so far and it’s great stuff. Love the smell too.

Lovely Shampoo -great for curly hair
Bought this shampoo as recommended by the Curly Girl method - I really like it. Been using it about 3 weeks now and my hair feels in much better condition probably due to the lack of chemicals in this one (it's all natural stuff). Lathers up nicely and rinses well. I use with the Shea Butter Restorative Conditioner and they partner very well. Did wash my hair in my old brand as a comparison and hair felt noticeably drier but on reverting to this again, the shine came straight back. Highly recommend if you want to calm frizz and have nice bouncy curls!

THIS IS NOT SULFATE FREE - But it's less harsh than a regular shampoo
I have to say I'm pretty impressed. I've not had any luck trying Shea Moisture products in the last two years. I've tried various, especially from the famed Coconut and Hibiscus line and hated every single one of them due to their sickly stench and the amount I had to use to look just barely presentable. My hair was made frizzy so I gave them away to my mum who also hated them and threw them away. I was very put off trying Shea Moisture again but seeing so many new product lines and their introduction to stores near me, which otherwise neglect curly hair products, made me want to try once more. This was a pleasant surprise. It smells perfumed and slightly earthy. When wet it smells like macadamia nuts, which I like, so it made me rather pleased. The first time I used it, I had to prepare myself to throw it away because it instantly made my strands stick together as it lathered up so fiercely. But after washing it out fully, my hair felt fine. Not super moisturised like the product claims, honestly, but the way I've always expected from a gentle shampoo. My hair doesn't feel stripped, but just before that stage at super clean. My scalp isn't irritated, I'm guessing that's due to the lack of hard sulfates as I can no longer use regular shampoos that make my scalp burn and itch.I'm still questioning whether I should get it again because As I Am's Coconut Cowash is super moisturising and cleansing at the same time. And I really have a lot of hair and want to keep my wash routine to as minimal steps as possible and the cowash lets me get away with not needing to shampoo and then condition. We'll see, but so far the cowash is winning out as it is also the cheaper of the two for a bigger volume of product. So, if the shampoo were cheaper, I might just designate it my new default cleanser. That being said, I love the packaging and my success with this product has encouraged me to not completely give up hope buying Shea Moisture products in the future. Now if only a wider variety was available' on Amazon...Edit: After much deliberation, I've decided to go back to my cowash. It's cheaper and all of the scabs and itchiness that I used to deal with daily from my sulfate conditioners have returned with this shampoo. It is NOT SULFATE FREE. I do feel lied to, I look on the ingredients, while it has only softer sulfates in it, they're still sulfates. I decided to continue using it because I wanted to give the product a chance but now my scalp is suffering and my hair has become extremely dry over time (this being the only new product to be incorporated into my regular routine) to the point where I have had to cut my hair. I found that many companies are now labelling their products as sulfate free and are not, so be careful.

Thank goodness for the humble bee
My menopausal hair has suffered greatly recently. I have tried endless shampoos from expensive to cheap with no success, the dryness and the frizz looked set to stay until I found manuka honey. I was sceptical but the lather is thick and creamy and as I rinsed I could instantly feel a difference in my hair. It's not the cheapest shampoo but it's worth every penny, the scent isnt coco chanel but it's pleasant and who cares anyway when you finally have soft shiny hair again. This shampoo will suit everyone but to ladies of a certain age I say GO FOR IT you won't regret it

Lathers well. Moisturises well. Nice smell. Lasts a long time
I have naturally curly 3b hair. This is the best curly girl method shampoo used so far. Initially is more expensive but when using it you realize it goes a long way.
