I really find these pills helpful. I lose weight & without feeling hungry. I needed to lose weight to help bring my blood pressure down. Few yeras ago i used to buy from this brand i quite liked, I decided to give a go again, I'm dessapointed the pills make me sleepy not energy at all,by the smell i suspect contain 5htp ingredients which is appropriate for sleep, also i still eat like before not make difference I won't buy again

This product is great when I want to lose a bit of weight. I take one tablet every morning which then suppresses my appetite until dinner time. Usually I'll give in and have some rubbish to keep me going but this stops the hunger pangs.I've regularly used this product and along with a calorie controlled diet I've lost over 2dress sizes in the last two years.I'd happily recommend this product

I am not sure about weight yet but my appetite was definitely reduced. Beware, I got insomnia when I drunk my usual amount of coffee while taking these pills.
