For someone that was thinking of suicide because of chronic pain that pain killers just did not touch from a GP that did not CARE!!!!!!! THIS DEVICE SAVED MY LIFE !!!!!!!Don't think that you use it and the pain goes, as it does not work like that but helps your body to heal itself and that takes time. I use it for 40 minutes 3 times a day on the areas of most pain, and 5 weeks ago I could not stand or walk but now It's a joy to get out of my bed in the mornings. I have slowly decreased all of my pain meds as I don't need them any more. It has lifted my mood as I can now take my dog out for short walks without tears and clenching of teeth in pain. This device should be given out by your GP instead of pills, it would save the NHS a packet but the drug companies would not be happy.

4 stars because poor ergonomic design. Beam is from end instead of side which makes it very tiring to hold at right angles to spine for 10 minute sessions. Definitely 'buzzes' the bone and muscles very gently. Very lightweight. Sturdy construction.No horrible electric shocks. Eases my muscular spasms. The science is sound. My sister has the older model and swears by it. Once fully charged, it is good for about 30 sessions, so no being tied to a a cable and plug. I use it whilst watching tv in the evenings or doing the crossword in the morning. Very full instructions. Read them!

I have had very mixed results from this device. It has made no impression on my knees but they have been bad for years so maybe I need to try for much longer. However, I recently ricked my shoulder and it was agony for several days and was showing no signs of improving. I tried the PainSolv as a last resort and was amazed that just one application made a huge difference - the pain disappeared like magic. From my limited acquaintance with this device, therefore, I wonder if it is very good for new (acute) pains and not so good for 'old' (chronic) pains.

This is a fantastic piece of equipment if you have the patience to use it often and regularly. Family members have now got one as well. I don't need painkilling tablets I use this. The only con is that they usually only have a life of about 2.5+ or- years

I Like everything about this product and I use it for all my aches and pains. You have to use it on the pain site for about 30 to 40 minutes 3 to 4 times a day to get the best results and till the pain goes away. You just need patience

Works like a miracle on my chronic knee joint pain. The pain almost goes away after using it but as soon as I use my legs for heavy work, the pain comes back as it should be. At least now I can work normally with this small device. I bring it with me wherever I go.
