Defective product
Santa’s shoe was received broken when I received the package. Product is overall defective as Santa doesn’t climb upstairs or downstairs on the ladder. Definitely not worth the price and value for money.

No volume for music
Like the concept of this, and kids enjoyed it for a few hours. Didn't stay together easily. No volume button!!!! It's all or nothing when you turn it on. In order for Santa to move, the music also has to play...loudly!
