Item was a Christmas gift. Wasn't working ( on Christmas) and contacted seller. Seller was extremely apologetic of the items defect. Was very prompt in sending a replacement, which was received in working order. Would highly recommend this seller for the awesome customer service they provided.

A bit disappointed
My mom bought this for my daughter whose obsessed with dragons. However she’s quite disappointed with how it looks. Its much darker then she expected and there’s lots of scratch marks making it very difficult to see the dragon. Although my daughter is young enough to just think this is really cool she’s very disappointed as this is going to be a Christmas gift
