This is a wonderful writing set, beautifully presented in a wooden box. My son thought it was so special when he received it. The quality of all the items inside is very good and everything fits neatly back in the box when not in use. The wooden box itself is wonderfully made and looks like it should have come from an antique shop. All in all, a very special present for someone interested in this sort of writing, or just a lovely addition to your working desk.

Although not exactly 'top quality', this is a very nice item. You get a delightful wooden box, within which is a traditional fountain pen and a tiny bottle of ink. The pen can only be used by dipping the tip into the ink. Also included are two stick of wax, for sealing envelopes, and a brass seal. These contents are visually attractive, and the box as a whole is aesthetically appealing.If you're wishing to partake in some traditional letter writing, this is perfect. Alternatively, it could be given as a gift. I bought it as a present for someone who'd recently graduated (as they'd become 'a man of letters').Yet it does have a slight 'cheap' feel to it. Nonetheless, for the price I think it's a good item.

The writing set is generally fine. Box of high quality with good wax and ink. However, it is GOOD, not excellent. If I'm supposed to rate the order, that will be 4 stars.However their customer service is pretty good. There was no writing nib in the set when it arrived, and I wrote to the team. An officer told me another set will be sent directly since the nib was missing. I received the new set with a nib a couple of days later.

Looks ok for the price, but disappointed in the pen. This was for specific costume use that needed to look real for the 'time period'. Unfortunately, then pen in the picture isn't the same as the one I received. My pen was swirly blue, red and cream design which looks way too modern for what I wanted. Have had to go and buy a separate pen to replace. Small detail I know, but still, I didn't get exactly what was in the picture.

This was a lovely little set of wax and two seals with some ink and an ink pen. The wooden box displayed it all very nicely and it made a great gift.

It works fine, but it's poorly made.The pen itself is sharp at the end, so it does make a mess of the paper. It's also made of very thin metal, so it bends really easily.The wax is fine, comes out with nice colours and holds well.The ink is pretty rubbish as is the sealer.The box it comes in is made from cheap wood and the lock is really cheap.

I love this product, the calligraphy pen is not the best calibre however for the price the box alone is worth it. The seal is a bit small but okay and nice, i bought myself another online for a few pound with my initial but for what it is, it is a a lovely set. I would recommend, if you want something to use as I did, very useable.

Utilisation temporaire pour du scrapbooking ou pour des mémoires dans un petit carnet. Idéal. Comme décris. Très satisfaite et boite qui ne prends pas beaucoup de place pour se ranger dans un petit endroit.

Love the box and pen. Hate all the nibs. All the nibs are shotty and flimsy.

Rudimentario, básico, perfecto para romper el hielo como yo hice.Muchas veces merece la pena comprar una cosa barata para ver si de verdad merece la pena seguir con la posible afición (ya que un experto no compraría esto). Sin embargo y pese a ser rudimentario y básico, entretiene un montón y sirve para decorar!

Il set è davvero bello, corrisponde perfettamente alla foto! La cera ed il sigillo sono il tocco di classe... è stato un regalo molto apprezzato!
