I bought this product hoping that it would help stop me snoring as I was getting sick of being moaned at about the almost pneumatic drill sound I am told that I make when asleep. For me this didn't do anything to alleviate the moaning about how irritating and how it keeps her awake. So thought I would try this out and sadly I am still being moaned at as much as before. I never understood it cause it never woke me up but go figure the imprint of the thumbmark on the back of my head is still there and the bruises to my ribs hasn't faded much. As for the relief of sleeping disorders that is claimed I can agree with that because she only sleeps with me now once a week.

Seem to work! Once you find the right size to wear they are not too uncomfortable, but do get lost easily if they fall out - hence why wearing the right size is important!

still trying all the different sizes for best fit and result - they have helped my 'dry mouth' condition

Fits snuggly without discomfort ( I would recommend using the smaller ones) they tend to stay in position and not fall out during the night so a good nights sleep can be had by you and your partner.

Easy to fit, just be careful as you can damage the nasal lining & make it bleed if you just shove the clip in. Certainly opens up the nasal passage

They are ok to wear, they fall out at night, easy to clean but l don't know if they stop the snoring as l am asleep.
