We have this now for some time, When having any hot liquid inside it stays hot for a very long time, I feel that it could be smaller in height for the amount volume it holds as the inside is alot narrower than you would expect. It still looks great and there is no rust etc even though it has been out in all weather conditions, still looks new

I've had one of these for about twenty years, mainly used on archaeological sites, so a pretty tough life for any equipment. It's still going strong and keeps tea hot enough to allow a much needed drink on the road home, even in winter. Only the lid / cup needs replacement since the metal has rusted behind the plastic lining leading to the distortion of the latter - the cup can no longer be screwed back on but remains serviceable. A minor glitch given the treatment meted out to it, honestly...The loss of insulating properties suffered by other users is perplexing - maybe a faulty batch ? Best to contact the manufacturers for this.One recommandation - pre heat the flask with boiling water before filling with prefered beverage. The thermo-flask or vakuum-flasche is undoubtedly very good at keeping my coffee hot for a long time, but i,m disappointed about the making of the handlebar. The bracket at the top of the thermo-flask broke off the second day of use. So i,ve had to use 2 component glue to remedy what should have been welded properly. But it,s keeping my coffe hot!!
