Gardeners Basics, Perennial Flower Seeds for Planting Outdoors (5 Variety Pack) Lupine, Columbine, Echinacea Purple Coneflower, Black Eyed Susan, Shasta Daisy for Pollinators Wildflower Seed

Bought these to plant with my daughter just for fun. Turned out to be the most amazing outcome.

I started all 5 varieties of this seed pack inside during end of winter using grow lights. Everything germinated exceptionally! They are super healthy and I’ve had to repot them up to buy some time before I can get them in the ground! I’m really excited to see them all grow and bloom!

One pack of the seeds were dead but all the others ones are growing.

All but the Columbine seeds germinated well. The Black Eyed Susans did exceptionally well, and I should have spaced them apart better. Nothing else bloomed this year, but I think these perennials take two years before blooming. I planted some of these in starter pots indoors, and some right out in the ground. The ones planted directly in a prepared garden bed did MUCH better. I recommend skipping the pot and planting directly in a garden.

Planted these seeds, NOT a one sprouted. I know it is a 'seed' problem, because I have other seeds, and they sproutedNo sprouting of these seeds! I have plented seeds from other sellers, and they sprouted...why not these???I want a refund...was looking forward to these variety...put them out on my front porch! But, NOTHING! waited...and waited...finally i poked around, NO signs of LIFE!!!I am a 'botanist' by education, and this is soooo disappointing!!do NOT buy from this people! The packages were paper...they were sent in a 'plastic' envelope...Paper packages do not preserve seeds. And, plastic, is not the way to preserve the packages, either. So, what they say about....preserved...its not true!!!To them, every $15 adds up...doesn't it???? I want a refund...but good luck , RIGHT???I planted in various areas and conditions, not 1 seed has sprouted.I ordered in December to plant this spring. I am not only disappointed...i am ANGRY! Cannot contact seller !

Nice looking seeds, that I plan to plant asap.

I used the little peat pellets in boot mat trays on heated seed mats with no humidity dome on my kitchen table and had almost everything germinate. I did an assortment of all the flowers and 89/95 germinated!! Only three looked like they were not going to thrive and were not potted on. So excited for my cottage style garden bed to grow and come back year after year. . . and I still have more than half my seeds left.

I took a chance buying like this, lesson learned. I will enjoy the black eyed susans
