This Chanca Piedra did not like me. Maybe I made it too strong. I would drink it down and in a few hours it would come back up. I tried it several different days apart. i would throw up again. Then finally gave up on it. Maybe it was cleaning some kind of sickness out of me. Anyway, I threw it out so I would not be tempted to try it again.

This product itself is great. It’s a nice powder and it comes sealed well so it doesn’t get powder anywhere while being shipped. It doesn’t taste amazing but many herbs don’t but I take them for their benefits. This particular one needs to be taken on an empty stomach (1/2 to 1tsp with water 1-2 hours before or after meals) 2 times a day.

Chanca Piedra is amazing, and the health benefits are incredible for both the amarus and niruri species. The niruri specie is noted to be better for antimicrobial/antiviral actions which this product claims to be 'niruri'. The part I am confused with is Phyllanthus niruri is not native to India. Although I purchased this product, I have decided not to use it, but instead find a source from South America.

This product quality is worst. Lot of small sands. Please be careful when you are using this powder. I thought it’s returnable but it’s not.
