V-fit G-RC Recumbent Magnetic Cycle,Silver/Green,H100, W64, D135cm

I have been using this bike for about two months now, and I am very pleased with it.Assembly took about two hours, using just the tools provided. At first I couldn't feed the flimsy wires through the tube of the handlebar upright, until eventually I found an old bit of stiff but flexible electrical cable. (Push cable through tube from other end, attach wires to end of cable by binding with thin cotton, use cable to pull wires carefully through tube.)I didn't manage to check that I had all the relevant parts before starting the assembly, as many parts were listed separately but came pre-assembled. I did check that the accessory pack contained all the items in the "accessory fitment list", despite the same problem. (E.g., if you wonder why you haven't got the four nuts item 16, or have only got eight of the twelve washers item 13, it is probably because four of each are already attached to the four bolts item 22!)The bike is quite quiet and stable. I am 70, and got it mainly for High Intensity Training, as recommended by Michael Mosley in Radio Times. Three days a week, I use it for 4-5 minutes: one minute warming up, one minute at maximum effort, and 2-3 minutes cooling down. The seat is a bit hard for longer use, although it is fine with a cushion.The bike can rock a bit if one pedals very fast, and so it is better to turn up the resistance to avoid this. The resistance level is difficult to read while sitting on the bike, and probably impossible for someone with short legs (looking down more steeply on it). I start at the lowest level (fully anticlockwise) and count the clicks up and down from there.The display can also be difficult to read at times, depending on the room lighting. I don't trust most of the readings, but the time and pulse are useful.Changing the length of the bike is very quick and easy: it takes only a few seconds, which is useful if it is used by people of different heights.I paid £165 for it with free delivery, and despite the few drawbacks, I think it is very good value for money.

So far, so good. Next day delivery as promised and well packaged. The instructions on assembly are reasonably clear although some of the parts could be better identified. Assembly took a couple of hours. The most fiddly bit is getting the sensor wires up to the display unit. They are tucked neatly away on delivery so of course the wires are bent which makes it very difficult to feed them through. I used a length of the plastic banding that comes with the packaging in the end - taping the wires to that to feed it though. Eventually using a hex bit on my electric screwdriver rather than the somewhat eccentic multi-tool that comes with the unit helped a lot too. If you can get it up on a table or something, that would be a help. The bolts which fix the lower handles onto the frame are very close to the saddle which makes them slightly more difficult to fit than they need to be. The bike seems to be robust in use, with the settings on the magnetic wheel being easy to adjust. The difference between each setting is noticeable which is a good feature. The display unit gives all the information you need, although I have to say the screen is a little dim. A brighter screen would definitely help. The display unit turns itself off after a little while once you've completed your exercise. There's no off button. All-in-all, I would say that this is a very good piece of kit and reasonable value for money. The footprint is not too large and it's a good addition to any home gym. Recommended.

I'm middle aged, gave up smoking 2 months ago, have painful hips on exertion and poor co-ordination in my legs. Probably a mid-life crisis but definitely time to try and get fit. I can't do regular exercise with my problems so a recumbent cycle was recommended by my physiotherapist as it takes the stress off the hips.I didn't realise how bad my ataxia (poor co-ordination) and lack of muscle tone had become because at first my legs would just shake uncontrollably, but with perseverance and following the instruction manual it has gradually improved. I am still only doing 5 minutes a day but managing longer distances every time, my muscle tone has improved and I no longer need my walking stick around the house. My ataxia has improved dramatically and I thought it could never get any better, only worse!!The digital display gives you various readings - pulse rate, distance, time, speed etc. which allows you to follow the instruction manual correctly so as not to over exert yourself.I would highly recommend this for anyone who is recovering from hip/knee etc. surgery (consult your doc'), mobility problems like myself, or anyone just wanting to get fit because it certainly gets the heart pumping! V. sturdy, a great price, assembled in about half an hour (not particularly difficult), doesn't take up too much room and arrived before its' expected delivery date.

Very happy with this delivery that arrived last week. The delivery time was almost as predicted (2 days later). It took 1 month from order. Assembly took one hour (one person). Fairly straightforward, fairly clear instructions. One bolt/washers was missing but was not an issue. The design is good. Sturdy and tough. Strong thick metal with good fasteners. Tension control works well. The computer needs two AA batteries but works well and gives speed, calories, distance, heart rate and time. A tablet fits perfectly in there in a clever little lip so you can watch tv or read whilst training. Brilliant. I have trouble with ankles and knee joints which makes running difficult. This was a much better way to burn calories and get a proper work out. Very happy buyer. It is very quiet. There is a little bit of movement between front and back, but nothing to worry about. After one month of daily use it has reduced swelling in ankles effectively. Great product

Dopo due anni che la uso mi capita l'occasione per lasciare una recensione.Siamo in due in casa che la usiamo (più spesso in pandemia, ora in effetti succede raramente) ma non abbiamo mai lamentato un problema.Mia moglie dice che il sellino è un po' duro dopo un po', e risolve con un cuscino.Io personalmente mai avuto fastidi, dipenderà da persona a persona.Comunque la consiglio.

Buen aparato...contento con el...apto para todos los miembros de la familia....por poner alguna pega el display un poco dificil de entender.
