Easily built, this chair was a great improvement from my last one. Comfortable and supportive for a reasonable price.

Despite their proud boast in the brochure and especially in the listing that "All messages will be answered within 24 hours and we will try our best to provide you with a satisfactory solution." this would it seem in my experience not to be the case. In other words, let potential buyers beware! I sent a simple request for them to confirm or not whether the chair material was fire retardant. I am still awaiting a reply way beyond the 24 hours deadline. This is quite frankly, from my viewpoint, an unacceptable way of dealing with customers and detracts from the reputation of the company concerned :-(.The chair is however relatively (and to its advantage) light in weight compared with some others, easy to assembly, nothing was missing, though the washers provided for the screws are a tight fit on occasions. The padded seat base is however very thick and luxurious and allows you to sit very comfortably over long periods. You can take advantage of easy height adjustment, adjustable "rockability" of movement, adjustments in head support and built-in lumbar adjustment. The back panel of the chair is in fact again very good in its design unlike some chairs which in their profile curve outwards to the sitter far too much resulting in a gap at the bottom in the design not offering the all-embracing back comfort that I feel features in this case. The chair does also come with something rather special, with (padded) swing-up arms. These are very useful assets I feel, excellent for adaptability, compared with bottom adjusted ones which most chairs in this category have and get in the way. (They are with this chair however non-adjustable in height). One more thing though: If you as a potential user are over 5'10" in height this chair is in my estimation however not for you. I just fit! :-)UPDATE. I finally got a response to-day from the seller who apologized and passed on a message from the factory: "We have now confirmed with the factory that the foam in the cushion is fire-resistant, but the mesh is not."

Assembling the chair took about 15 minutes. A tool kit is included in the box along with all screws and washers and instruction booklet. Instructions are easy to follow. You may be left with a couple of extra screws and washers, so don't worry that you've missed something.Frame is made from plasti, but the lift and tilt mechanism are metal. All screw holes lined up, but as the instructions say, only put the screws in loosely first and tighten up at the end. Everything fitted well together. Seat cushion is well padded, arm rests are padded, but the material is a little rough in texture.Sat on the chair as I write this review and its comfy, with lots of adjustment height and tilt. The head rest take a little pulling to get it to adjust, but once you have it position, you probably don't need to move it again. I'm 6ft tall and its perfect for my height.Overall build quality is good for the price you pay at just over £65 after discount. It's not the same quality as a £400 chair, but its perfect for the home office. Would recommend the chair.

Really happy with the chair. Very comfy and nice and wide which is useful as I'm a larger guy at 6ft3. There was a small fault with my first one but after a message they replaced it as soon as possible. They even messaged me first when I forgot to reply then continued to keep me updated when the 2nd delivery was slightly late without any prompting.

This is a great chair for the price range and very comfortable in the most part. The only issue I have is with the material used on the arm rests. The pattern/texture on it looks quite appealing but it's quite irritating on bare arms/elbows.Other than that one thing, I can't fault the experience I've had with this chair.

It's comfortable and nice but I've had to remove the head rest as it just sticks out way too much and it was really hurting my neck which is very disappointing, especially if your short, then just dont bother putting the head rest on in the first place. Not happy that I've spent the money on this but not getting to use part of it.

EDIT:After posting my original review I was prompty contacted by the seller who apologized for the issues and without hesitation offered to send me a replacement, I only needed to send photos of the broken chair. I sent the photos and the next day they shipped the new chair. I am hoping that this new chair will last and that the issues with the first were just a fluke. I will say that they offered great customer service! I will update later.------------------------ORIGINAL REVIEW:Buyer beware. The chair was amazing for the first month. Then it quickly began to fall apart. We are now 5 months and I am having to throw it away. I have never owned a computer chair that fell apart as rapisly as this one did. I do not reccomend it.

My wife got this chair for me and I was excited to use it. Assembly was pretty straightforward, but I'd say that is the only thing positive about the chair - from my experience. A few days into using this chair I started to struggle from neck pain, and the pain slowly started to move down to my shoulder and then my back. At first, I was not sure why but then I realized that it was as a result of my use of this chair.First of all, the headrest is so poorly designed, that it pokes out and doesn't allow for the user to rest their heads on it while seated, I always have to sit up because of this.The back support is not useful, as it is far away from the mesh so you have to sink into the chair to feel it, but because of how badly the headrest is designed, sinking into the chair is uncomfortable as it does not mold around your back, which also makes it feel very cheap.Lastly, the mesh is breathable, and the option to have it on the armrest makes for an itchy experience for me.All in all, I will not recommend this chair if you are looking to invest in a proper work chair, as this chair could ruin your posture.

The chair itself is cheap and very lightweight. You can tell from the build quality it's not built to last.Pros: it's cheap and looks decentCons:1. Doesn't seem ruable at all2. The base cushion is very thin and uncomfortable. You will need an extra cushion to sit on this more than 2 or 3.hours.3. The main cylinder that holds it is thin.4. The wheels and plastic are lightweight and thin.5. The armrests aren't adjustable height.. not what the listing indicated.Overall I'm not happy I bought it. I need more chairs for the office but will try something else.
