These really are a great set of brushes, I work with acrylics on a daily basis and these suit my needs perfectly, I will certainly be purchasing again

Initially I was very impressed with the presentation and I wasn't disappointed with the contents. These brushes are not only nice aesthetically but are a really great tool for my work. Nice long handles and beautifully shaped, I would recommend these brushes to any artist who wants a quality product at a realistic price! Money well spent!

I have bought many different brand brushes and it is easy for me to say that I use these paint brushes the most. The brushes are thick, the hairs do not come off and feels really smooth when painting.

A really nicely presented set of synthetic brushes for the keen hobbyist painter. These synthetic brushes are firm, so are more suited for acrylic work, than for watercolours, which needs a very soft brush that can be easily moved around the paper for fine work.These are much firmer brushes than those used in watercolours, completely unlike sable brushes.The long handles make them a better choice for easel work, and with this in mind a very sturdy thumb hold palette is supplied.For anyone who hasn't used one before, these palettes have a central hole through which the thumb is passed so that the palette balances on the hand.The set arrives very nicely boxed for gift giving, my box was well protected and was in perfect condition. The outer box is of sturdy cardboard and visually attractive. Within is the palette and a brush case containing the thirteen brushes, each clearly marked with their size.As mentioned, these brushes have the long handles suitable for easel work.They are let down a little by the odd ferrules, which closely resemble those used on cheap cosmetic brush sets and are the reason for four stars rather than five. It's a pity, because that is the only thing about this set that looks cheap.A good set for hobbyists and a good present for someone starting to work in oils and acrylics.Disclaimer: I was sent this set for free in return for an honest review.
