I’ve owned several NEBO torches over the years and weve also bought them for our engineers. These are the best we’ve had. They’re bright and the base is very magnetic (better base than our previous NEBO torches)When you get them there is a cardboard disk between the battery and the spring battery terminal (to preserve battery life in transit) which I suggest the other reviewer whose torch only worked when plugged in didn’t remove.The ‘design floor’ observations of another reviewer are fair, they can switch on as the inspection lamp doesn’t have its own switch.

Only switched on when charging, otherwise it never switched on with it's own power.Attempts to contact NEBO customer service have gone unanswered.Avoid.

It's a fab little torch and super powerful too. I love this torch but the designers overlooked a huge issue. There's no l9ck to prevent it sliding open when in a bag so it comes on and is flat when I come to use it.

Strong construction vey bright. Just don’t look directly into the lights. Would order again. In fact I plan to.

I use my nebo in the maintenance field. It’s super bright, has a powerful magnet on the end so it can be placed on a metal surface near whatever you’re working on to light up the area. Also you can push and hold down on the power button and the light will dim down. You can slide the flashlight open and you have a work light in the handle and it’s dimmable as well. With the handle still pulled open you can push the power button again and you have a red light, push the power button again and you have a blinking red light. This is good if you are broke down on the side of the road and you want to make sure people are warned of a possible problem. Again you can place the flashlight on the side of your car or on top with the flashing red light going so oncoming traffic will get a heads up that there may be a problem ahead. The magnet is very strong. The battery life is around 2 hours using the flashlight on high in regular mode. When you use the work light in the handle you’ll get more battery life. The flashlight comes with a cable to recharge it. It’s the best flashlight I’ve ever owned. Very well worth the price.

Great light, I use it for work daily, multiple times a day. And I'd like to add about how their customer service is top notch. I bought this last December, recently, my power button started to stick and the light would not turn on. I contacted the company, no questions asked, they replaced my light. This is what will make me a customer for life. I've recommended them to my coworkers and I know two people have purchased so far. 5 stars Nebo

I didn't begin to use the flashlight until 3 weeks ago because I forgot I bought it. The battery ran down with little use. I ordered a battery online and the flashlight will not turn on. I tested the battery and it is good. I'm not allowed to exchange for a light that works.I actually bought 4 flashlights and 2 of them didn't work and wouldn't take a charge. Those were gifts. I tested them with one of my batteries and they worked. The problem with both was the bricks and cables. They both take a charge and work magnificently. NOTE: The manufacturer response was excellent and fast. I'm happy I found the cause.

Very very bright, but does not stay charged very long..(about 15 tp 20 minutes
