What my chilli was waiting for!
Looking for something a bit special to to add to my chilli (beside the must have square of dark chocolate which I find works a treat) and this was it. Easy as, and a truly superb balance of seasonings, so I can see this becoming a mainstay in my already bulging spice cabinet (desperately in need of a spring clean!). Ordered with the Italian Job (don't you just love the names!) which I've not tried yet but is on the cards for this evenings risotto.

Perfect Spice mixtures
I bought these because I loved the witty titles and the funky packaging which I will upcycle once I have used the spices. I used Much Adobo About Nothing on some beef ribs - delicious, can’t wait to try the others.
