I bought this as a gift to someone who loved to only read from physical books but after trying it she fell in love with Kindle. It is very light and durable. I also bought a cover which made it look super nice. It helps you to read anywhere and the device is definitely amazing.The disadvantage: there is no warm light which can be quite annoying at night and it is overpriced especially since we have to buy books as well. I just hope they reduce its price and it would be the perfect product.

Best decision I’ve ever made. I bought one for myself and then I kept buying it over and over again as gifts for my loved ones. I was hitting a reading slump for the longest time that’s why I decided to buy one, and now I can’t stop reading since it’s so easy and convenient. Fits perfectly in the hand, is lightweight, and doesn’t damage the eyes like smart devices. My advice to you is to get one if you can afford it, plus works great as a present.

My Reading Journey Starts From Today

I brought this device from Amazon.ae , first kindle service is not available in amazon.ae, you have to register through a Amazon com account. Fortunately I had previous kindle accounts in Amazon com. sominmanafed to get my books into the device.but since then this device broke. The screen started blinking and I am not able get into the device at all...Trying to get this devices either fixed or replaced. The Amazon support had me calling me all over the world. after 5 calls (2 in the UAE, 1 To Canada, 1 to Ireland, 1 to USA) I am in my sixth call waiting for them address this issue.what I understand is that customer support staff has no understanding of what the kindle is. one of the ladies asked me to contact the seller. I had to explain to her that kindle is an Amazon product. I don't think she understood that much and gave me a number in Canada to call...ok now the call returned, they are going to refund the device. This is so inconvenient! I really hope Amazon behaves like a global company and consolidate all these different accounts under a single id
