This hamper is huge! But it came in a thin packaging - you wouldn’t guess it was that small thing (first pic)! I was impressed with the instructions and how you assemble this thing. Everything was well thought of. You don’t need any tools because the sticks that line up the hamper to make it stand up has some kind of magnet or something that makes it connect to the other stick to get it up that high. They go through straps inside so you won’t see them! The bags inside are attached with velcros. Everything is really super easy and I assembled it In probably 5 minutes. And it looks so good. It’s durable, sleek, and modern looking. And the thing is huge - perfect for your family/couple. Highly recommend this hamper. Aesthetic on point!

Overall, I'd rate the Laundry Basket with Lid (100 Liter) by Hennez an 8.5/10. Because I didn't notice the assembly video in the description videos, I had no idea that the hamper would be so compact and in a small box when it was delivered. That’s incredibly convenient for me considering I’m in between houses right now, and packing it up when it comes time will be a breeze. It has no odor, and it smells/looks new, so no issues there. First things first, while I found the directions quickly after searching for the item back up on Amazon online, I was a little confused as to why they chose not to include anything in the box with the actual item. In one way, to save money, it makes sense to just put a video online for everyone’s access, but personally, I'm just used to the paper instructions. I feel like it would be a great backup for people if they lost their paper directions or just do better visually, but I understand the aspect that most things have become virtual. This didn't impact the star rating for me, it was just a little confusing at first when trying to figure out how their product’s assembly was meant to work. For me, I chose to give it an 8.5 due to the process of putting the rods in their placement inside of the hamper to actually keep it standing up. Firstly, one of the sleeves for the rods was accidentally glued together (it was sticky) when the velcro was originally placed on it. I understand the accident of it, no big deal, but it was an inconvenience. I’m just being honest and upfront about all the details. Secondly, while the process itself wasn't difficult (other than balancing it on its side for the first two rod placements in my lap), I have personally knocked two of the rods out of place already, and I've quite literally just assembled it. Putting them inside of their sleeves wasn't hard, but placing them under the bamboo liner on top was a little aggravating. The fear of something breaking or coming loose was there, as well as not appreciating that there wasn’t an official spot for the rods to sink into. My biggest thing would be to recommend putting a "notch" or a slight offset in the bamboo so that the rods can't move because while it makes it sort of a common sense assembly situation, the rods having been knocked out of place was due to this. In terms of color and aesthetic, I think it looks clean and nice, as well as simple. The lid is kinda on the "meh" side and with that, I mean that it doesn't do much and it kinda just sits there. I wish it somehow locked into place, or I don't know, had more purpose. It's flat, but it reminds me of cardboard. It just sits there until you lift it. And I get it, that's the point of a lid, to keep something closed, I just feel like it could have more purpose or fit the vibe a little better. It holds a lot, and I didn't even order the biggest option, which is really great. Lastly, I really like the removable bag liner that actually holds the clothes. It's super convenient and easy to take out and re-attach, and it made grabbing the clothes so much easier. I hope this helps:)

It is a good, sturdy laundry basket and looks like nice decor instead of just a plastic basket in the room which I appreciate! It's easy to use with the liner so I just take that part out to bring to my laundry room instead of walking the whole entire basket.My only problem - which wasn't even a big problem to me was putting it together. I figured out how to put it together within a few minutes but it would be a lot easier if the straps + velcro part was different/easier to use!

It's decent but only held together with velcro, velcro in corners will come appart if you put the slightest pressure (reaching in and grabbing laundry) I normally take the net out, but if it's only a few things I'll just reach in and grab. Also very crooked.

It is sturdy and looks great in our bathroom. I like that it has 2 removable bags inside so I can easily separate clothes. We used to have 2 separate hampers, so this made it look more put together. Installation was a bit challenging as I had to hold on to the velcro when pushing the rod in and it hurts to grip it. But overall, love the look and size is great.

We tried to make this work for about 6 months. It’s built to be easily shipped which results in weak construction. The entire frame relies on Velcro to hold it together and any weight in the basket pulls the bag down. We’re looking for a replacement.

I had a hell of a time stretching the rods to steady the hamper. It's a lot lighter than I expected. Very thin fabric. Not bad looking and very nice size. The laundry bag insert will come in handy, as I don't expect maneuvering the total basket about will be wise. Let's see how it hold up.

Great product, once put together, it's a nice stable and nice looking item that fits perfectly in my bathroom.The only issue I had, although it probably wouldn't be a problem for most people, is that I found it difficult to put the rods in place, they are a very tight fit, which they have to be for stability, but for me, who suffers with a weak grip, I struggle to get them in place, but once done, the basket is perfect.
