Eye Magic Instant Eye Lift (Small/Medium)

Yes a very GOOD product .I have heavy EYE LIDS . Congenital Ptosis and I found product really useful.Takes only a small amount of practise but it does what it says on the box .I could have used large size .You could cut them to a smaller size if they were too large for someone who needed a smaller size .Not a permanent solution for me - I await an operation to correct my problem.For the girls a useful addition to the make up bag.Seller delivered on time and was well packed .

Extremely difficult to apply, have tried now for the past 4 days and have given up and ordered a different make

I would welcome any tips on how to wear these so they are hidden. I put eye shadow over them but they then show up worse. I find on me they can be seen as soon as you raise your eyebrows - something done in day to day conversations. They would be great to use for a photography session perhaps but for everyday wear, a bit disappointing so far.

EDIT:After my initial review and trying about 5 more tapes, I got it to work on my smaller eye. I thought the position mattered before. But it REALLY matters - it makes ALL the difference. Man does it give it a fold, and it does actually lift a bit if you put the tape very close to your lash line (obviously be careful not to put it on your lashes)! (Bumped up from 3 to 5 stars after I understood what I was doing wrong)---I read some of these reviews and thought I'd give this a go - the first eyelid prop i've ever bought.Can definitely see why some people gave it poor reviews, and why some people couldn't get the hang of it. I got the hang of it after 3 strips. It is all about the positioning and even angle that you put it on, and it also helps to shape the tape with scissors so that it matches your fold and eye shape. I have to shape both sides of the tape to fit my eye. It doesn't seem to 'lift' much and it definitely works better with my eye that already has a fold.The tape isn't invisible although it is transparent. More visible when you look down and your eyelid is relaxed. You would definitely need to put on make up (at least foundation and even eye shadow depending on your skin tone) it if you want it to be discreet. Then again I've never been able to wear eye shadow before due to the unevenness of my eyes, so maybe that is a bit of an improvement?

I used a product like this back in eighties as a beauty therapist, I can't believe how this has been improved. The results are instantaneous and if your skin is sensitive this product appears to be hypoallergenic as I'm allergic to everything but I can safely use this on my eyes. Worth paying that bit extra for!

Well I have tried and tried, even cut them smaller, but I cannot get them right. If I get them to remove my droopy eyes you can see them.I cannot find a way to hide them, they look very obvious. I think I need help.

Didn't work at all. Kept falling off or creasing up on my eye

i was unsure whether they were going to be any good but I’ve tried everything else so I went for it and bought them. And yes at first they were fiddly to put on, but when I did WOW a massive difference, I had I eyelids again. Then I got a bit paranoid, thinking that overs might be able to see them, so I asked loads of my friends and family, not one said they could see them, only if I closed my eyes shut you could then. So happy days for me.

Yes eye magic certainly did the trick. As I have very hooded eyes, eye magic strips made my eyes look normalagain. Very easy to apply. Thank you. No need for surgery.

A couple of years ago, I had a makeup artist use slivers of scotch tape on my eyelids to lift my droopy lids. My eyes looked great for the event. I tried to use the scotch tape technique myself but just couldn't get it to work. One day while I was looking for something on Amazon, Eye Magic Instant Eye lift popped up. I couldn't wait to try them! I was a little concerned that I wouldn't be able to position them properly because of my previous attempts using scotch tape, but they worked beautifully! Easy to apply, easy to adjust and the best part is they REALLY lift droopy lids (ok, the results are not like a surgical eye lift, but let's have realistic expectations). They also stay on for several days, if you're careful.I actually texted a photo of my eyes to my girlfriends, one eye with the Eye Magic Lift tape on and one eye without it. They were amazed and asked me for a photo of the product. They're all ordering them!I use them all the time now and am very happy to share information about this product. They are an easy, low cost and painless little trick to help my eyes and ultimately me look a little younger.

If the description was more accurate and complete of this product, I would never had purchased. Very disappointing.

This product does not work as described. First of all, the strips are not transparent. They are quite obvious when you apply them. The package directions state you can wear them over make-up. They will not stick if you are wearing make-up. I found they did not stick well at all, even using the gel and not using the gel. They are not shaped for every eye shape either. I went through several pairs and could not find a place on my eyelid where they looked discreet or lifted my eyelid. In fact, my eyelid sagged over the top of the strip when I placed it. Very disappointed.
