I've never done anything like this before. But first can we first discuss the packaging? When you take it out of your purse, it kind of yells, "Look at me!" because it is bright yellow. It's not really my style, but who cares what color the tube is if it works?Let's get to the crucial part: the operation of it. I love that this lip balm promises SPF 30 sunscreen protection, as I'm all about shielding my lips from the sun's damaging rays. And I can assure you that it delivers in that regard as well. I can tell the difference when I'm out in the sun because my lips feel like they're covered in a warm, comforting layer of moisture.Here's the deal, though: the smell. The smell, oh boy. Not that I particularly like it. It feels a little... medicinal? Like, it smells like it's doing its job, but it's not exactly a scent I want to be smelling all day long. This chapstick is the best!! I ride a motorcycle so my lips can easily get damaged from wind burn. I try to be sure that I put this one prior to every bike ride.

Stays on for hours; no nasty flavors! Just dont leave them in your car, they will melt!

I love Carmex and am super loyal to the strawberry version. I thought I'd try this but I don't like the smell. Tried to return it but the vendor charges a $5 return fee. Just posting here as a heads up that it's not free returns.
